Ms. Lusk is an Assistant Estimator who coordinates bids, manages sub contractor RFI's, creates bid packages, expedites plans, prepares submittals and generally handles all administrative duties.
Christa Bailey has over 13 years experience in estimating and handles all aspects of the bidding process, from scopes of work to qualifying subcontractors. She also manages all RFI's during the bid process. Ms. Bailey is also responsible for handling all material submittals to client and or owner's representative. Ms. Bailey is instrumental in supporting our superintendents in the field as is relates subcontractor contracts.
Ms. Tice is a multi-talented Project Manager who earned a BS from California State Long Beach and an Associates Degree in Interior Design. She manages all plan approvals, consultant coordination, developer interface and compliance, plan check, permits, RFI's and submittals, franchise or real estate site package approvals and all daily functions of ongoing construction projects. Ms. Tice has managed projects involving Applebee's, Chili's, Chick-fil-A, IHOP, Famous Dave's BBQ, Carino's Italian Grill, Del Taco, Taco Bell, Burger King, Applebee's, On The Border, El Pollo Loco and Bruegger's Bagels.

Mr. Olson is an experienced real estate development professional who received his BA from the University of Southern California. As Vice President of Project Development for Standard Pacific Corp, he managed all aspects of land planning, architectural design, federal, state and local entitlements as well as land development for master plan communities throughout California. Prior to his role with Standard Pacific he was with Thousand Oaks Land and Development, a regional commercial real estate developer.
Mr. Formica is a seasoned construction professional with over 37 years experience. He's been an independent general contractor for most of his career with the exception of a seven year period when he was the Director of Construction for a large general contractor. As the Director of Construction, Mr. Formica lead a team of project managers, superintendents, and office staff through the successful delivery of over 400 restaurants throughout the western United States. He was an integral part of a team that took the company from twenty-two million dollars in gross revenue to over sixty-five million dollars.
