Anju Jaggi

Anju is a Consultant Physiotherapist & Clinical director of Therapies at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOHT). She has over 25 years experience managing shoulder & elbow disorders with a specific interest in complex atraumatic shoulder instability. She has lectured internationally, published work in the field of shoulder rehabilitation, led and collaborated on numerous research projects. She holds a clinical teaching fellow post at University College London (UCL). She was President of the European Society of Shoulder & Elbow Rehabilitation (EUSSER) from 2012-2015, served on a NICE Committee 2018-2020, AHP representative on the British Shoulder & Elbow Society (BESS) Council (2018-2021). She was awarded the BESS Copeland fellowship in 2020. She has a passion for promoting evidence based care as well as globally promoting physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Elizabeth Klein

Elizabeth Klein is Investment Director at Calculus Capital. Prior to joining Calculus she founded Klein-Edmonds Associates, which advised organisations in the biotechnology sector such as Radnor Capital, Bioscience Managers, The BioIndustry Association and LSX, and small businesses (Angel to pre-IPO) on corporate and investment strategy, including at Board Level. Prior to founding her own consultancy, Elizabeth was an award-winning and highly-rated senior research analyst focused on the Life Sciences and IP Commercialisation sectors. Over 15 years at N+1 Singer, Teathers, Bridgewell, R.W. Baird and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson she developed an extensive network of client relationships and worked closely with a number of businesses in these sectors. Elizabeth has a Master's degree in Medicine Science & Society (History of Medicine), Merit at Birkbeck, University of London, an MBA (Specialising in Innovation) from Imperial College London Business School and a First class Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Biology with Genetics degree from University of Liverpool.

Hitesh Thakrar

Hitesh Thakrar has spent over 25 years investing in public equities in the life sciences, information technology and innovation sectors. He currently holds senior advisory positions within Syncona (one of Europe's largest life science investors), the Francis Crick Institute, the Alan Turing Institute and Newable Ventures. He previously held a position as Innovation Fellow at the University of Cambridge and is also an advisor to UKRI's Science and Technology Funding Council.

John Magnier

John has over thirty years' experience in the procurement of clinical devices, supplies and services for organisations providing acute healthcare. John has worked for a number of key NHS providers and within the private health sector. John believes that with his knowledge of strong clinical procurement, coupled with commercial insight, which it will assist in assessing the critical funding requests that will be required for the future success and performance of RNOH, as it enters this most exciting phase of long overdue redevelopment. John is married to Adele and with their twins of 14yrs old, live in Watford.

Kathryn Hardwidge

Kathryn is a Chartered Accountant (FCA), specialising in internal audit. She is currently leading the internal audit function for Jisc, the post-16 education sector's not-for-profit organisation for digital transformation. Kathryn has extensive experience in risk, internal and external audit through her work in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Kathryn uses this experience in her voluntary roles of trustee and audit committee member for different organisations, including GEANT, the European association of national research & education networks and Danes Educational Trust, a multi-academy Trust.

Matt Lee

Matt is currently a Finance Director at Greene King where, since April 2023, he has been responsible for the financial performance of the largest trading division within the group of c. 900 Managed pubs. He initially joined Greene King as Group Financial Controller in 2018, responsible for all internal and external reporting and for business integration. He joined Greene King from TalkTalk Group Plc, where he held a number of senior finance roles over a period of six years. Prior to TalkTalk Matt started his career at Deloitte London, where he spent his time predominantly in the telecoms sector both in the UK and Middle East.

He is also a trustee with Ambie nt Su pp ort, a charitable social care provider.

Richard Linskell

Richard Linskell is a solicitor specialising in employment law since 1994. He has been a partner in a number of City law firms including Dawsons and Speechly Bircham, set up the UK office of a US law firm and now works for national firm gunnercooke. Richard's clients are employers and senior executives across a number of sectors including pharma, financial services and professional services. Richard was a member of the Management Committee of the Employment Lawyers Association, which represents 6000 employment lawyers, for 9 years and is a past Deputy Chair. He remains on the editorial Board of the Association's respected journal. Richard was appointed as a Trustee of the RNOH Charity in 2016 and joined the Finance Committee in 2017. Richard grew up in and now lives in Stanmore.

Rob Hurd

Rob was appointed as a Trustee of the RNOH Charity in January 2020 and brings decades of experience, having joined the NHS in 1992 on the NHS Graduate Financial Management Training Scheme and is now Chief Executive of NHS North West London Integrated Care System. Most recently Rob worked at North Central London (NCL) ICS where he was on secondment from his role as Chief Executive of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (RNOH). At RNOH, Rob led the high profile national programme ‘Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT)' as part of the National Clinical Efficiency Programme for NHS England
