With obvious growth, upgrading our infrastructure was in serious need so we took out our third loan in 2005 for $1,039,000 from Rural Development to upsize most of the trunk lines servicing Coldspring and surrounding areas of our CCN. In 2006, we received our fourth loan along with grant money from San Jacinto County to finish upsizing our lines running out highway 150 to service a small community called Ponderosa Estates. That particular loan was $755,300 and is also with Rural Development. In 2006, we also test drilled well site #5 at a depth of 1124 ft. by Holly Water Wells and had an inside remodel of our office. In 2007, San Jacinto WSC began the conversion process through the State Legislature to convert to a District and in 2009 was completed creating San Jacinto Special Utility District.
