Annie Rembold

Annie Rembold is a Legal Assistant at our firm's Roseville office. Originally from the Napa Valley, Annie moved to Rocklin in 2022 with her husband, Matt, and their three cats, Whiskey, Norah, and Fiona. Annie graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in health sciences and has a background in healthcare. She recently made a career change and earned her paralegal certificate from National Paralegal College. Outside of work, Annie enjoys cooking, reading, playing piano, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Brianna Welsh

Bio: Cerron Wilkins is a Junior Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Daniel A. Hunt who practices trust and estate litigation. Cerron grew up in the Sacramento area. Prior to becoming an attorney, Cerron worked as an educator for 20 years. He graduated from Lincoln Law School and worked as a Deputy District Attorney prior to joining our firm. Cerron is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and Placer County Bar Association. Outside of work, Cerron enjoys playing pickleball with his wife and five sons. Why I Became an Attorney: I became an attorney due to my love of learning and desire to make my community a better place. My interest in the law was sparked when I watched as a family friend was forced to defend themself from a frivolous lawsuit- and won! I enjoy practicing law and am zealous in representing my clients.

Craig A. Harris

Craig A. Harris is a Senior Associate Attorney who practices estate planning. trust administration, pre-nuptial agreements, probate, and conservatorships. Growing up in the Roseville area, Craig admired the integrity with which his attorney father practiced law, a quality he strives to emulate in his own legal practice today. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in History from Brigham Young University, Craig entered law school at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law. During law school, Craig was a member of the Traynor Society and Moot Court Honors Board. He graduated with Distinction from McGeorge School of Law with a concentration in Business Law. After his first year of law school, Craig began working as a law clerk for a local estate planning attorney and quickly knew that he had found his practice area of choice. He enjoys helping clients find peace of mind by creating custom estate plans to meet their individual needs. Craig is a member of the California State Bar, Sacramento County Bar Association, California Lawyer's Association, BYU Management Society, and J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He serves as Vice President of Marketing for the South Placer Estate Planning Council. Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Eric Fernandez

Bio: Eric Fernandez is a Senior Associate Attorney at our firm. A native of Orange County, California, Eric left the warm weather of Southern California to attend St. Mary's College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Liberal Studies and Philosophy as well as a Paralegal Certificate. Eric worked as a paralegal for several AM 100 Law Firms for five years while attempting to pursue his dream of becoming a rockstar. Ultimately, Eric's desire to perform in a courtroom prevailed over his desire to be on stage so he hung up his bass guitar to attend the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree. Since graduating from law school, Eric has dedicated his legal career to becoming a litigator. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Daniel Hunt, Eric was a shareholder at a firm that focused on representing financial institutions, private companies, and landlords in all aspects of real estate disputes. Eric also worked as a senior associate attorney for a well-renowned Sacramento Trial Attorney where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of employment litigation and general business disputes. Most recently, Eric worked for a well-recognized Sacramento Law Firm representing public entities and school districts in discrimination, constitutional law, Title IX, Title VII, and abuse cases. As an experienced litigator, Eric provides clients with aggressive but efficient representation. In his free time, as a USSF "D" Licensed Coach, Eric coaches competitive club soccer. Eric also enjoys fishing and hunting in the Great Sacramento area; wine tasting all the wonderful wine regions in Northern California with his wife; spending quality time with his two young boys; and every now and then he'll still pick up a bass guitar for a jam session in his garage with other musicians.

Eric Giersch

Eric Giersch is a Junior Associate Attorney who practices estate planning and trust administration. A Northern California native, he obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Davis, and his Juris Doctorate at McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. While in law school, Eric worked in the elder law clinic in law school and gained experience assisting local senior citizens with their estate planning needs. After practicing civil litigation in various capacities, Eric decided to focus on estate planning. Eric has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and has received an Avvo Client's Choice Award. He is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, Contra Costa County Bar Association, and California Lawyers Association. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife Leah. His hobbies include golf, camping, travel, and gardening.

Ginnie Kimball

She has practiced litigation and represented indigent and underrepresented clients in the Philippines in various areas of law including criminal, civil, labor, family, and land-related cases. Now that she is in the United States, Juris aims to continue learning more about US land California law and ultimately apply that learning to pursue her passion for law and help her clients. Outside of work, Juris loves to hang out with her husband, talk to her family in the Philippines, and watch action and chick flick movies.

Born in Michigan, Michael J. Anderson graduated from Michigan State University with his Bachelor of Science degree. He then graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, earning his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, followed by an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami. In 1982, Mr. Anderson was admitted to the California State Bar and established his Sacramento estate planning practice shortly thereafter. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Anderson served as an Adjunct Professor with Golden Gate University in the MBA Taxation Program, for courses such as Estate & Gift Taxation and Estate Planning. Mr. Anderson is also a published author, having written for the Michigan Bar Journal and published other articles. In 2019, Mr. Anderson joined the Law Offices of Daniel A. Hunt as an Of Counsel attorney. He continues to meet with clients and offer counsel based on nearly 40 years of experience in the estate planning field. Mr. Anderson is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, and State Bar of Michigan. He's proud to have received an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® for his professionalism and ethics. Mr. Anderson serves as the Board Chair & President of Future Foundation of Sacramento, a nonprofit whose mission is to encourage and fund local youth in reaching their goals in higher education. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife (Estela Pino, Attorney at Law and Owner at Pino & Associates) and their two Bichon Frise dogs. Stacy Grow is the Director of Marketing & Client Experience. She oversees content creation, digital marketing, and business networking. She organizes educational events such as webinars, seminars, and speaking engagements. A passionate promoter of the concept of a "client-centered law firm", Stacy enthusiastically collects and implements client feedback with the goal of creating an effortless client experience. Stacy also oversees the firm's philanthropic efforts, from the Big Day of Giving every May to our annual charitable holiday project. Stacy graduated Cum Laude with a degree in English Literature from Brigham Young University. Her greatest strength is her growth mindset. She has previously worked at the firm as a legal secretary, paralegal, and Human Resources Assistant. When she's not working to grow the firm, Stacy has plenty to keep her busy as wife to Paul Grow (who also works at the firm) and mother of two young daughters. Uri Grant

Bio: Uri Grant is a Senior Associate Attorney who practices Trust & Estate Litigation. Growing up in the Greater Sacramento area, Uri Grant went to Folsom High School before earning an undergraduate degree in psychology from CSU Sacramento. Uri then pursued and earned a Juris Doctorate with distinction from McGeorge School of Law. During law school, he was an advocate on the mock trial team, an editor for the school's Law Review Journal, and earned multiple awards for both his academics and litigation skills. Following graduation, Uri became a deputy district attorney and handled all facets of criminal prosecution, such as domestic violence, elder abuse, and other felonies and misdemeanors. Now, Uri assists clients in probate litigation, whether it be in the courtroom, depositions, mediation, or resolving a case in the early stages of legal proceedings. Uri is comfortable with any litigation dispute as his background molded him into a skilled negotiator and trial attorney. As an experienced litigator, Uri is eager to advocate for his clients' goals in an effective and efficient manner. Uri is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and the El Dorado County Bar Association. He is also fluent in both English and Russian. In his spare time, Uri enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife, spending time with his Chow Chow, and listening to true crime podcasts.
