Jeff has been working in the real estate industry since 1994, specializing in industrial, commercial and investment sales and leasing. He is an expert on the North Shore market, specifically North and West Vancouver. Jeff recognizes the importance of listening to client needs so he is able to pursue the optimal location and guarantee client satisfaction.
From 1994 to 1997, Jeff was involved in sales and leasing for Nexus Realty, a West Vancouver real estate firm. In 1997, Jeff joined RE/MAX Crest Realty where he has brokered transactions involving sales and leasing of office, warehouse and retail space on the North Shore. For the past three years, Jeff has been one of the leading commercial realtors in North Vancouver averaging over one hundred deals per year.

He also has completed his Associated Certificate in Financial Planning (BCIT). In addition, Mike has over 12 years of lending and financial advisory work experience in the industry.
As an independent broker, Mike has access to the industry's lowest rates and most innovative products. In the majority of cases, there is no cost to the applicants for this service as brokers are compensated by the lender selected.
