Aleksandra Matovic is a graduate in microbiology and immunology from the University of Montreal. She has extensive knowledge in many fields, including viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, the role of the immune system in the fight against diseases and various analytical methods. Mr. Fazli holds a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering from Laval University with a specialization in plastic recycling and waste valorization. He is highly involved in research with main interests in correlations between the process, structure and properties for polymer systems, particularly composite blends and functional systems. Cynthie Dega is Director of Technological Innovation at CTT Group and is primarily responsible for coordinating large-scale characterization projects in the aeronautics and construction sectors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Technology Management. Throughout her 10-year career, Ms. Dega has devoted most of her work in the industry to the design and characterization of aeronautical structures and systems. Since joining CTT Group, she has assisted over a hundred manufacturers in carrying out their product development projects. A doctoral candidate in Mechanical Engineering since 2020, she carries out her research on the recycling of carbon fibers under the supervision of Professor Boukhili from École Polytechnique, and under the co-supervision of Dr. Vermeersch at CTT Group.

Mr. Beaumier holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. He specializes in the science of polymers applied to textiles and geosynthetics. He participated in the development of test methods for the behavioral evaluation of geomembranes and other geosynthetics; methods used particularly to assess the lifespan of products highly exposed to extreme weather conditions, chemicals or mining, etc.

François Turcotte is a graduate of the ÉTS (École de technologie supérieure) in Electrical Engineering and has a college diploma in Electronics. He participated in the development of innovative solutions based on RFID communication. This partnership with the industry also allows him to diversify his skills. He now ensures the proper functioning of laboratory equipment by using his experience in electronics, computer science and mechanics to optimize their performance, in addition to developing new material characterization equipment.

As a Project Manager since November 2020, she supports the activities of the technical services of CTT group.
