Mohammad Hoshi

Mohammad has a long standing career in the fields of immigration, asylum, nationality and human rights law. He was qualified as a Solicitor of Supreme Court in June 1999. He has wide ranged experience in all aspect of asylum and immigration law. He has worked in his areas of expertise for the last 20 years in various capacities including legal clerk, advocate, interpreter and solicitor. Mohammad is a highly skilled court advocate who has conducted his own appeals before First-tier and Upper Tribunals in England Wales and Scotland for the last 14 years. He has been appearing before the Tribunals in Birmingham, Bradford, Glasgow, London, Manchester and Newport. He set up his own law firm in 2003 and continued to work as a Sole Practitioner until 2009. Mohammad is also a member of the Management Committee and treasurer of the International Association of People Lawyer (IAPL). He was the Chairman of Iranian Community Centre for more than 10 years. Obadah Laban joined Sabeers Stone Greene LLP in January 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in August 2017. His primary focus is on Conveyancing matters and Probate. Rabia Choudhary

Rabia completed her bar at law with The City Law School and was called to the bar in 2010 at Lincoln's Inn. She then cross-qualified as a Solicitor in October 2012. Rabia has a broad practise in all areas of private family law, landlord and tenant disputes both commercial and residential and litigation matters from last 10 years. She represents clients at court during all stages of proceedings in family and county courts as well as tribunals. She also undertakes advisory and drafting work. She has worked in the legal field in various capacities such as a legal advisor, legal assistant (London Innocence Project), freelance legal writer and Mckenzie Friend (National Centre for Domestic Violence). Zaara Gjetaj
