CA Manoj Ajmera holds Chartered Accountant degree, is a finance expert who bring more then 10 Years of experience in Corporate Finance, Restructuring & Debt syndication for Small and Mid corporate and Real estate sector. He has played a instrumental role in handling fund raising , Financial & strategic planning and business advisory for the various corporates across sectors . He has also been panel participants in various public forum and professional Webinars indulged in speaking technicalities and Depth details of nitty gritty of Financial aspect of Fund raising . He is also a regular part of various conferences and seminar across Professional forum . His vision focused towards bringing Value addition and lucrative offer for organization while carrying out assignment of Appraisal , Financing and Structuring of a proposal for various Banking products
Mr. M.N. Venkatesan is an Associate Director of the Company and a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He has a rich experience of more than 33 years.
He was appointed by RBI as Statutory Central Auditor for heading the audit of various Public Sector Banks since 1984. He has also served as Director in Indian Overseas Bank. He is an expert in Financial Consulting and has extensive experience in credit syndication for varied clientele including stressed assets and turnaround structures. His understanding and depth of knowledge in the field of Finance is exceeded only by the experience and dedication he brings to work each day.
Mr. Narender Gandhari is an Associate Director of the company. He possesses corporate experience of more than 24 years in the field of Financial Advisory Services and has advised numerable Corporates and SMEs based out of Hyderabad.
He is a qualified Company Secretary and also as insolvency Professional. He is also a graduate in Law from Osmania University. Before setting-up the practice as Company Secretary & Financial Advisor in 2002, he has worked for about 15 years with a reputed Hyderabad based corporate group, Hyderabad Bottling Group of Companies, as General Manager (Finance) & Company Secretary. He has been providing services to various reputed corporate groups in Hyderabad including GVK Group.

Mr. Vaibhav is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He is a finance expert with vast experience in Corporate Finance, Debt Syndication and Capital Restructuring for SME & Corporate Clients.
In past he worked as President of Ashika Capital Limited, where he set up entire Corporate Lending business and Debt syndication vertical. He has also worked with Industry leaders such as ICICI Bank; Reliance Capital & India bulls Financial Services Ltd, in full spectrum of lending right from business development to risk-management in products such as small & medium enterprises (SMEs), commercial real estate & retail assets. He has extensive experience of raising funds in domestic markets specializing in working capital, project finance, structured finance, M&A Financing and Capital market products.
In last few years of his enterprising career, he successfully executed various assignments for Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Medical, Education, Manufacturing & Trading industries. He has extensively raised funds under CRE domain via Debt & Equity and specializes in creating robust structure to raise Mezzanine & Bridge Finance.
