Senior Life GCM is Geriatric Care Management Nurses. We help seniors and their families with decisions and problem solving at home, assisted living, hospitals and nursing Homes. We are able to perform assessments to determine whether your loved one is at his/her optimum level of wellness and what simple solutions would help... The elder was left all alone tipped back in a recliner she could not operate. She was left alone in her apartment for hours at a time. She couldn't call for help or move herself. Senior Life LLC brought in Adult Protective and remedied the situation... We worked with a man and his wife for many years from independent living, to assisted living to the nursing home. The children lived many states away. Senior Life LLC just received a note from one of the daughters that read: "Nearly 9 years later, still thankful for your care of my mother and father." That's what it's all about for us.
