Janet's background includes accounting as well as coordinating real estate closings. Janet is responsible for Human Resources and Accounting at Shorecrest Retail Partners.
Steve DeWitt has been specializing in site selection and dispositions in the Central Florida Market since 1979. His current list of clients include Kids' R' Kids Preschools, Racetrac Petroleum, Harbor Federal, Donatos Pizza, McDonalds, Einstein Bagels, Yum Brands! and Landstar Development Corporation. Steve is involved in all aspects of the business at Shorecrest including heading up the development team.
Tanya Solomon assists the Shorecrest Team servicing as the Admin Asst. Tanya's responsibilities include preparing all of Shorecrest's marketing material regarding listings and assisting the team in all aspects to bring each sale or lease to fruition.
