Dr. David Simon

Dr. David Simon is excited to provide medical services to the people of beautiful northeastern Nevada. Before relocating to this part of the country in 2011, Dr. Simon served as an Urgent Care / Family Medicine provider for over six years in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Simon is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. There he served as a member of the schools chapter of Sigma Sigma Phi, an Honorary Osteopathic Service Fraternity. After medical school he completed a three year internship and residency in Family Medicine at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, GA. He was distiguished among his fellow residents with the Humanitarian award for outstanding service to the community and the Jackson Crowder Academic Excellence award. Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Simon spent two years serving his church and the people of northern France and Belgium. He then earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology graduating Cum Laude from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. As one who focuses on great medicine for his community, Dr. Simon recognizes the need for good primary care for the growing population in this area. He has high standards for his practice, and strives to treat the whole person understanding that the physical and mental are inter-related. He informs and therefore empowers his patients to be engaged in their care. He enjoys the breadth of family medicine caring for men, women, and children. Dr. Simon is married with four children.
