Jeff Waeghe was born in 1953 in Escanaba and was raised in Escanaba. After his 1971 graduation from the Escanaba Area High School, he attended Bay de Noc Community College in Delta County and received his degree in funeral service from the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science in 1976. Jeff later purchased the Skradski Funeral Home in 1979 from its founders, John and Marcella Skradski, who became his mentors and his "second set of parents."
Jeff is very involved with these local organizations.
Jenna Eastin (Leisner) was born and raised in Gladstone, Michigan. She is a 2012 graduate of Gladstone High School. She received an Associate's Degree from Bay de Noc Community College in 2014. In 2016, she graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mortuary Science. While living in Minneapolis, Jenna worked for various funeral homes around the Metro area. In July of 2016, Jenna joined the staff of Skradski Family Funeral Homes as a Funeral Director. Jenna is a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, M.F.D.A., 2017 Delta Force, Rotary Club of Escanaba, is a notary public in Delta County and is an ordained minister. The former Jenna Leisner was united in marriage to Jacob Eastin in 2022. They reside in Gladstone with their Son, Banks and two Goldendoodles, Pancake and Doug. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys working out, cooking and spending time with her family.
Jeremy Davis was born in Chicago, Illinois but grew up in the Gladstone area. After his 1995 graduation from Gladstone High School, he attended Bay de Noc Community College and later received his degree in Mortuary Science from Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, Georgia.
Following graduation, Jeremy served his apprenticeship and worked for Calvin-Starks & Frost Funeral Home in South Haven, MI. and was the manager for the McLauchlin-Clark Funeral Home in Dowagiac, MI. In 2006, Jeremy returned to Gladstone and is currently a funeral director with the Skradski Funeral Homes of Gladstone and Escanaba, MI.
Jeremy resides in Escanaba. He has 3 children, Aalysiah, Grayson, and Isiah. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, attending their sporting events, traveling, and is an avid baseball fan. He is a member of the Escanaba Elks Lodge #354, National Funeral Directors Association, and Michigan Funeral Directors Association.
Jillian Lamb (Thompson) was born and raised in Gladstone, Michigan. She is a 2016 graduate of Gladstone High School. She received an Associate's Degree from Bay de Noc Community College and graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mortuary Science. In October of 2019, Jillian joined the staff of Skradski Family Funeral Homes as a licensed Funeral Director. Jillian is a parishioner of St. Joseph & St. Patrick Catholic Church. Jillian resides in Escanaba with her husband Bailey Lamb. In her free time, Jillian enjoys going to the gym, being with friends and family, and spending time outdoors.

Sara was born and raised in the Ford River area. She was a 2002 Graduate of Escanaba High school. After High School She attended Bay De Noc Community College and received an Associate's degree.
Sara is an active member of All Saints Catholic Church in Gladstone. There she serves as the church sacristan and assists with the religious education program.
Following an intership with Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County, Scott graduated from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, with a Bachelor Degree in Mortuary Science, in 2002.
Scott is a proud Father to 3 children, Adria, Mya and Trevor.
