Through the years, SKILLS has worked with a vast network of partners which include local and international donor agencies, government and communities, corporations, non-profits, academia, and development networks. SKILLS collaborates with these institutions in various ways: as manager of scholarship grants, as co-developer of innovative solutions to social challenges, as manpower resource provider, and as fellow advocate of programs that address human development challenges.
