Benjamin D. Wallace

Ben Wallace is an associate attorney specializing in estate planning for individuals and families. He works closely with clients throughout every stage of the planning process to ensure that their plan is tailored to account for their unique needs and goals. Mr. Wallace has a wealth of experience planning with clients at all stages of life, high-net-worth individuals and families, and blended families. As a husband and father of two young children, he is uniquely equipped to meet the needs of young families, especially those making their first foray into estate planning. Mr. Wallace is a third-generation Arizonan, born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. He attended Hillsdale College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies before returning to Arizona to attend the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, he worked in the Civil Litigation Clinic and graduated with highest pro bono distinction. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona and is a member of the Arizona Bar Association. Ben's personal time is spent with his wife and two children. He enjoys working on home improvements and spending time outdoors hiking in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, quail hunting, and chasing his toddler around the yard.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law. He is a member of the Arizona Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona and is admitted to practice before Arizona trial courts, the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Arizona, and the United States District Court of Arizona. Outside of work, Mr. Soto enjoys hiking, reading, music, comedy and most of all spending time with his family.
