Dr. Stepanovich received his medical degree from Oklahoma State University Health Science Center. He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
He completed his residency at Kansas City University / St. Mary's Medical Center. Dr. Stepanovich's practice centers around General Orthopedics, specializing in:

Dr. Reddick, a native Oklahoman raised in Henryetta, received his medical degree from Oklahoma State University Health Science Center. He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
He completed his internship and residency at Saint Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. Dr. Reddick successfully completed his Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at McBride Clinic with Dr. Thomas Tkach. His practice centers around General Orthopedics, specializing in Adult Reconstruction. His specialty is hip and knee surgery.

Bridget Fisher - Director of Finance. Over her more than 20 years at Southwest Orthopaedic and Reconstruction, Bridget has worn many hats - perhaps that's what makes her so adept at her position.Bridget coordinates the financial obligations of the organization while making sure that company meets it's demands.
Chris Moslander - CEO. Chris has been in the orthopedic and reconstructive medicine specialty for more than 10 years and has served in multiple capacities, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer. He holds dual degrees in Accounting and Geology from the University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University, respectively. Chris is responsible for operation oversight of the organization.
Dr. Brian A. Levings, a native of Oklahoma born in Oklahoma City, received his medical degree from Oklahoma State University's Center for Health Sciences. He completed his internship and residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. Dr. Levings is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He was fellowship-trained in shoulder reconstruction and sports medicine in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Derek West, a native Oklahoman, grew up in South Oklahoma City. After graduating in 2001 from the OSU Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa, he returned to Oklahoma City to complete his Internship and Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at St. Anthony Hospital. He received additional training in pediatrics from the Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, as well as training in trauma, total joint replacement, and shoulder and elbow surgery while rotating at Tampa General Hospital in Florida.
His comprehensive practice ranges from general orthopedics and trauma to sports medicine, joint replacement procedures, and shoulder & elbow surgery. Utilizing arthroscopic and minimally invasive techniques, patients benefit from smaller incisions, less pain, shorter rehabilitation periods, and an earlier return to activity.
For the last 14 years, Dr. West has enjoyed a thriving practice. He has given back to his profession by serving as the Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program Director for 7 years and by teaching and educating young orthopedic surgeons over the last decade. He also serves in leadership positions as the Chief of Surgery and Chief of Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of multiple other committees at various hospitals.

Jennifer Massengill - Corporate Compliance Officer. Compliance is not an easy task. Our compliance officer is charged with making sure employees receive the training they need, as well as ensuring that all policies and procedures are compliant with current regulations - supporting the SOS core values. It is often a complicated balance, ensuring our patients get the care they need, while the organization adheres to laws, regulations, and standards of conduct.
Kristopher Avant, D.O., an Oklahoma native and local graduate from Yukon High School, received his Bachelor's of Science degree at the University of Oklahoma and obtained his medical degree from Oklahoma State University Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Avant completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Bone & Joint Hospital at St. Anthony in Oklahoma City and completed a Hand & Upper Extremity Fellowship in Tampa, Florida, at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute. While in Tampa, Dr. Avant had the opportunity to work extensively at the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
Mehdi N. Adham, M.D., is a board-certified general surgeon with board certification in plastic and reconstructive surgery with added qualifications for hand surgery. His practice encompasses care and treatment of hand and elbow, cumulative or traumatic injury, and cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
A few cosmetic and reconstructive procedures performed by Dr. Adham include Skin Cancer removal, Breast Enlargement or Reduction, Nose Surgery, Facelifts, Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), or Botox injections. Ryan Vincent, M.D., is double board-certified in Pain Management & Anesthesiology. His practice encompasses chronic and acute pain from injury and normal wear and tear on the body. His goals are to reduce pain in the least invasive manner possible while providing the best long-term outcomes.
Dr. Vincent is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He performed a fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Toledo Medical Center and his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center.
Dr. Vincent works in coordination with the SOS doctors and with many other physicians. He is always willing to collaborate on your care.
Steven Sands, D.O., is an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon in Oklahoma City. He completed his residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, followed by the successful completion of a fellowship in orthopedic traumatology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Sands enjoys treating the entire spectrum of orthopedic care with a special focus on severe orthopedic injuries. He has over a decade of experience treating people of all ages who present with fractures and musculoskeletal trauma. His professional goal on a daily basis is to help people get back to their lives after traumatic injuries.
Dr. Sands takes a special interest in orthopedic innovation and constantly designs the newest generation of implants and instruments for orthopedic surgery. Dr. Sands reinvests his medical profession by giving instruction and training to orthopedic surgery residents and attending surgeons across the country on the latest trauma surgery techniques. He is assisted in practice by Jacy Reiter, APRN.
