Up for a new venture, Thierry started a new business, with his wife, Cherie, Sweet Prosperity Bakery. We are manufacturing Pastries, Cakes and Brownies for other companies as well as our own brand. With consistent drive and want of continual growth it is Thierry's goal to one day go back to France, where the dream began, and receive the high honor of MOF in pastry.
