SOUNDNESS WITH SAYDE

Soundness With Sayde was founded in January 2002 so that students' needs could be better accommodated. Corporate, one-on-one, and scheduled classes and yoga therapy sessions have been available to adults since then. The first annual Yoga for Kids class ran in the summer of 2003. I began teaching prenatal class for moms at Mercy Fitness Center in August 2003, which led to the Baby and Me class. In 2012, the home studio classes were moved to the Illuminations Healing Arts Studio. When my youngest entered preschool, I began my Master of Science in Yoga Therapy at Maryland University of Integrative Health. I graduated with a MSYT in August of 2020...
