Brenda has worked at Springdale-Mason Pediatrics since 1998 as the office manager of both the office and billing staff. She has a great deal of medical management experience with several types of medical offices and hospital billing, but she has found that nothing compares to the work she does for Springdale-Mason Pediatrics. "I love working with the families, the pediatricians and staff. People who work in the pediatric medical world do it out of love for the kids and their families, not financial gain." Brenda is married, and her hobbies include activities with her family, reading and photography.

Keri joined Springdale-Mason Pediatrics in 2000 as a receptionist. She then moved to the billing office, gaining hands-on experience in insurance claims processing. She became the Assistant Office Manager in 2008. Keri earned a Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. She is married and has two sons. In her free time, Keri enjoys spending time with her family.
