I started in restaurants as a kid working in restaurants in small towns in Wisconsin, just trying to make a little extra spending money. Then as I went to school and got a little older and started to look at what I wanted to do for a living, ultimately I got into the restaurant business out of the fact that I seemed to enjoy the earlier time when I was a kid, and thought, "You know what, I think I can make some headway into this industry." I like the instant gratification of serving people and figured I could be successful at it... Well, everyone thinks of the restaurant business and they think of the particular food and beverage, and a lot of folks come to us and they have a favorite recipe they make, and the next thing you know they want to do a restaurant.
