The Stroke Association of Victoria provides support to stroke survivors and carers across Victoria. Recovery from stroke is possible, but it can take an extended period of time. We are focused on ensuring community inclusion for stroke survivors by providing them with access to the individualised support they need to help them re-engage with their community and achieve a life after stroke.
