Callum Hardie

Callum is dextrous and resourceful two key attributes that make him such an important part of the team. Combine this with expert knowledge and the ability to adapt to his surroundings and its little wonder Callum is often the first point of call for finding a solution to a problem. His fabrication skills have seen him build class winning rally cars, and his ability to think outside of the box has made the difference between retirement from events and winning.

Chris Booker

Having travelled all over Europe working as a service team member for selected rally teams, Chris brings a wealth of experience and skills to the team. While Chris has a specialist area of knowledge in electronics, it's his skills as an all round mechanic that makes him such a vital part of the team. Chris often works on the preparation of the car before events, while on events can see him situated in the service area, or in the remote service. Having competed in rallies himself as a driver and co-driver, Chris has the ability to think quickly to solve problems, and often keep the car and team in the rally.

Colin Brown

With over 20 years of working in the motor trade, there isn't much that will faze Colin. From rebuilding a corner of the suspension in fifteen minutes, to changing a gearbox in the pouring rain during a short service halt. While Colin is heavily involved in the preparation of the car for each event, he also adopts the role of remote service mechanic, due to his expert knowledge and ability to think quickly to solve problems; he forms a valuable asset of the team. Among his many other roles on events, you can often find Colin behind the wheel of the service barge on the long haul drives all over the country.

Doug Weir

With over 25 years of motorsport and rally experience from driving to co-driving and working as a team technician, Doug forms one of the most experienced members of the team. His experience of building and driving class winning rally cars ensures he understands exactly what it takes to win. Doug is a key team member in the preparation of the rally car for events, working with Stevie to ensure the car is set up to perform at its optimum for the varying conditions and surfaces. While on the events themselves Doug is normally based in the main service area, where he can communicate with the rally car and prepare for the service halt.

Linda Brown

Getting a rally team to a rally and finding suitable accommodation is a logistical nightmare, and yet this is the challenge that logistics manager Linda faces for every event. Her job often begins up to a month ahead of a rally and may include anything from booking accommodation to booking plane or ferry tickets.

Steven Cameron

As if one role in a rally team isn't enough, Steven takes on three in the guise of team dietician, chef and a key service crew member. Having Steven on-board the team as a professional dietician, means that the whole team can benefit from eating correctly to maintain the highest level of performance on the build up to, and during an event. While his culinary skills ensure that the team are not only eating the correct foods, but equally well prepared food. Steven's skills in the service area can see him turn his hand to any job, ensuring the car is always in the best condition possible to tackle the rally stages.
