We will only move forward with rent-to-own clients who we feel have the right set of circumstances to succeed. We will not place tenant/buyers into a home that their current income cannot support. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for people to better their own personal situation by offering a feasible plan for home ownership through rent-to-own... All of our lease options are done contractually. We have an agreed upon purchase price for each home before ink touches paper This is the only way we can determine the amount of down payment that the tenant/buyer will need to complete their purchase at the end of their lease term. We provide copies of the comparible market analysis that we use to determine fair market value and fair market rent at any time.
