Akash joined Terra Firma Capital Corporation in March 2023.
As the Junior Accountant, Akash works in collaboration with the accounting team in overseeing the accounts payable functions, account reconciliations, the preparation of financial statements as well as assisting with various tax matters.
Prior to joining Terra Firma, Akash was a Staff Accountant at AJC Accounting Services Inc. responsible for; processing accounts payable, bank reconciliation, expense accruals, sales uploads and closing/transfer inventory.
Akash graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor Honors in Mathematics in addition to completing the Professional Accounting Program from Seneca College.
Akash is currently enrolled in the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP) through the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) working to complete his designation.

Carolyn joined Terra Firma Capital Corporation in May 2012. As the Managing Director and Principal Broker, Carolyn is responsible for managing the underwriting and due diligence process for new loan transactions, and performance monitoring of the mortgage portfolio.
Prior to joining Terra Firma, Carolyn spent five years with Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital where she executed the underwriting and risk management of their mortgage portfolio. Prior to joining Cameron Stephens in 2007, she worked for MCAP, specifically in the Toronto Construction Loans Group originating and underwriting construction, commercial and mezzanine loans. Carolyn has over 15 years of experience in real estate lending, including origination, underwriting and risk analysis.
Carolyn graduated from the University of Guelph with an undergraduate degree in Management Economics.

Jack joined Terra Firma Capital Corporation in January 2019. As the Senior Analyst, Jack works with the Management team underwriting, reporting and managing investment and loan transactions.
Prior to joining Terra Firma, Jack worked as an analyst in the Land Development and Acquisitions group at Remington Group.
Jack graduated from The Ivey Business School with an Honours Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours specializing in Urban Development from Western University.
Kristen joined Terra Firma Capital Corporation in November 2015.
As the Office Manager Kristen is involved in overseeing daily office operations, vendor and supplier management, marketing initiatives, social media monitoring, content creation, as well as event planning. In addition, Kristen acts as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Management team.
Prior to joining Terra Firma, Kristen worked as a Mortgage Sales Manager, selling various real estate investments, and managing a team of inside sales associates. Prior to this, Kristen held various roles in: sales, marketing and event coordination.
Kristen graduated from Conestoga College with her Advanced Diploma in Business Administration Management. Kristen has also completed various Leadership Training Courses and received her Leadership Success Certificate through the Diamond Management Institute.
Kristen is a licensed Mortgage Agent through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). Lic# M13002133
Seth joined Terra Firma Capital Corporation in November 2013. As President and CEO, Seth is responsible for managing Terra Firma's private co-lending platform including; originating, underwriting and managing new loan transactions in addition to overseeing daily company operations.
Prior to joining Terra Firma, Seth received his JD, Law from Seton Hall University School of law and was called to the New York State Bar in February of 2015. In addition, Seth received his MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and also holds a Bachelor's of Science, in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Seth serves on a number of Toronto Jewish community organizations, including JACS, The House and Zareinu Educational Centre.

Shelley joined Terra Firma Capital Corporation in January 2022. As the CFO & Corporate Secretary Shelley has a primary role in the day-to-day responsibility for Terra Firma's financials and reporting issuer obligations which include: accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, investor relations, regulatory reporting compliance and institutional financing.
Prior to joining Terra Firma, Shelley spent four years with Dream Impact Trust as the Vice President, Financial Reporting responsible for the accounting and finance activities for a portfolio of assets ranging from real estate development, real estate lending, renewable power and a mixture of office and retail income properties. Preceding her role at Dream Impact Trust, Shelley worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager within the assurance group where she led audit engagement teams on both private and publicly listed companies in various industries.
Shelley is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant) and holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies Honours degree from York University.
Dov has been with Terra Firma Capital Corporation since 2011, as CEO. In his current role as Chairman, Dov assists with the strategy of the company and supports the CEO with the growth and overall performance. Dov has over 20 years of real estate and public market experience.
Prior to joining Terra Firma, Dov held a number of positions with the Paul Reichmann Group of Companies such as Founder and Chief Investment Officer of IPC US REIT where he was responsible for acquiring, financing and ultimately selling over $2 billion of real estate assets. In addition, immediately prior to joining Terra Firma Dov was Managing Director of Harbor Group International and was responsible for managing a debt opportunity fund that traded in CMBS notes following the 2008 debt crisis.
Dov holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and an LLB from Bar Ilan University in Israel.
