Brian G. Dillman has been an Associate Professor of Aviation and Transportation Technology at Purdue University since July 2007. Professor Dillman holds Airline Transport Pilot certification as well as Certified Flight Instructor for Airplane, Instrument, and Multi-Engine. He is a Designated Pilot Examiner with Private, Commercial, Instrument, Multi-Engine, Flight Instructor, and Sport Pilot designations. He has extensive experience is developing methods, implementing programs, and evaluating systems within all areas of aviation. A multidisciplinary team led by Professor Dillman completed a project where an online educational tool was developed to simulate a design, test, and build concept for aircraft with the intent for it to be utilized in small educational modules. His current research activity has included developments in aircraft data collected from both engine and flight inputs, incident databases, preflight modification and assessments, situational judgment tests, aeronautical decision making, upset recovery training, and angle of attack systems and displays. Professor Dillman has taught at Purdue University in the Department of Aviation Technology since 2001 primarily in flight and within the Aviation Technology Department core courses. Brian has been an accident prevention specialist since 1998, a member of the FAA Safety Team since 2007, and a Designated Pilot Examiner since 2006. He has approximately 5000 hours total hours with 1800 hours of Multi-engine and over 400 hours of aerobatic/upset recovery experience.

Dawn Laux is an Assistant Dean of Academic Programs in the Purdue Polytechnic, Professor of Practice in the Department of Computer and Information Technology (CIT), and Division Head of Military Science and Technology at Purdue University. Dr. Laux is currently the chair of the Purdue University Teaching Academy. She has been with the University since 2007 and is responsible for teaching an undergraduate information governance course for CIT. Dr. Laux is a past recipient of the Purdue University Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching Award in Memory of Charles B. Murphy in 2019 and was inducted into Purdue University's Book of Great Teachers in 2023. Dawn earned her PhD from Iowa State University in Human Computer Interaction in 2014, and has 10 years of industrial experience in the information technology field. Her research areas of interest include data governance, computer supported collaborative learning, and student persistence.

Dr. Dib received his BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering in 2002 from the University of Balamand (Lebanon) and his PhD in Building Construction Management from the University of Florida (USA) in 2007 with Emphasis on Information Sharing and Information Management. He believes that computing and technology are fundamental to the advancement of globalization of science and engineering and he works toward this goal.
His research areas include the integration of 3D technologies in information modeling techniques, development of knowledge acquisition methods and strategies for examining and capturing expert design knowledge, sharing lessons learned and historical data to improve design, increase efficiency in the construction processes, and improve the classroom experience of teaching construction management.
Prior to joining the faculty at Purdue University, Dr. Dib worked on management of commercial construction for major construction management companies.

Jiahui is a first year graduate student at the department of Computer Graphics Technology. He received his bachelor degree in Harbin Institute of Technology. His research interests include virtual reality development and game design.
Julie M. McKinney Memorial Scholarship - Established in 2000 in memory of Julie M. McKinney by her parents, Roger and Angela McKinney, to celebrate Julie's love of life and love of the performing arts. Criteria: A graduating senior from Columbus East High School, including Columbus Signature Academy New Tech Campus students whose official enrollment is at Columbus East, who plans to attend an accredited post-secondary college or university as a full-time student and major in elementary education or who plans to attend the Purdue University Polytechnic Columbus location as a full-time student and pursue any one of the bachelor of science STEM degrees offered at the Purdue Columbus location only. Preference will be given to students who participated in any aspect of drama or choir at Columbus East.
Justin is currently a MS student in CGT at Purdue. His prior background was mostly in software engineering with a BS in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
