As our Finance Manager, Ashley oversees the Accounting and Human Resources departments. Ashley has over 9 years of accounting and finance experience and is dedicated to assuring our financials are accurate. She also makes certain that our personnel are cared for with excellence. Ashley graduated Magna Cum Laude from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Ashley is an avid sports fan and in her free time enjoys going to hockey and baseball games along with watching NFL football. Ashley brings her appreciation for health and wellness to ThinkTech and loves spending time outdoors being active. She also enjoys traveling and volunteering with her church.
Founder and CEO of ThinkTech Advisors, Ed specializes in technology assessments and strategic planning. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration & Accountancy and Computer Science from Wake Forest University and holds certifications with leaders in the IT industry including Citrix, Microsoft, Cisco, HP and DataCore. With previous experience as senior consultant, IT director and 21 years in the technology industry, Ed is the leader our company depends on for the technical and business knowledge that fuels our success. In his free time, Ed enjoys emerging technology, spending time with his family, mountain biking and the beach.
Kristen, our Service Delivery Manager, comes to us with more than 13 years of experience in the IT industry and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a graduate certificate in Project Management from Fayetteville State University. Kristen makes sure services are seamlessly delivered and oversees operational processes to ensure productivity and quality, bringing her exceptional organizational and management skills to the team. When Kristen is not at work, she enjoys being outside, traveling, organizing everything, and watching her two daughters' dance. Kristen also loves watching her favorite football team, the New England Patriots, with her husband.
As our Client Success Manager, Natalie is committed to ensuring our team is delivering exceptional service, overseeing our clients' satisfaction, while developing strong professional relationships. She assists with our clients' IT planning needs and account management. Natalie has more than 20 years of customer service experience, more than 13 with ThinkTech Advisors, and has held various roles over the years. Natalie holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In her free time, Natalie enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with her family at the beach and volunteering with the local Make-A-Wish chapter.
Steve is a self-starter that quickly and independently assesses business technology requirements and is a trusted leader on the team. In collaboration with the senior leadership, he is responsible for establishing the company's technical visions, developing the services roadmap, and leading all aspects of the company's technology development. He encourages the team to achieve high performance and personal happiness through a sense of purpose and spirit of collaboration. Steve communicates with colleagues at all levels with a genuine sensitivity and commitment to the organization's development needs. He creates a culture of professionalism, product excellence and process innovation. Steve can present complex technical concepts in a clear, confident, and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical individuals. He brings more than 25 years of technology industry experience from a wide variety of positions to our team. In his time away from the office, Steve loves space technologies and enjoys all things SpaceX, NASA, and martial arts.
