We aren't just local, we're hyper-local. We are surrounded by family farms and insist our ingredients are sourced only from the finest food producers in Millbrook and the Hudson Valley. Breakfast at our Hudson Valley Inn showcases eggs fresh from the coop; yogurts made of milk from local cows; and seasonal, fresh-picked fruits. In the evening, The Vintage at The Millbrook Inn restaurant and bar comes alive with great wines, award-winning liquors, and delicious food that gets rave reviews. Just like our kitchen, we insist our bar showcases the best spirits produced in New York state. Restaurant hours are Mondays, Thursday-Saturday from 4-9:30 pm; and Sunday brunch from 11-4 pm. We will be closed on Mondays until April 17th, and will resume starting on Monday, April 17th and continue through October...
