TURNING POINT BAND OF TAMPA BAY

Turning Point is a Tampa Bay area band that formed October 21st, 2020 right in the middle of COVID lock downs that brought all live music to a complete halt. Taking advantage of this time to form a new project and prepare for the re-emergence of the live music scene, four seasoned musicians all with previous professional experience with both bands and solo acts came together to create Turning Point -... Turning Point is the newest Tampa Bay area project based out of Largo that is a culmination of four seasoned musicians - Robbie Berry on lead vocals, acoustic guitar, and harp. Mike Weiler on bass guitar, Tim Schaffert on percussion and Bob Votta on lead guitar, 12 string guitar and dobro - each playing from different parts of the US and coming together to create a band like no other.
