Janice Croft is a Senior Recruitment Specialist with TRUE NORTH Finance & Accounting Inc. Janice obtained her Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) in 2007. With more than 10 years of recruiting experience, she now specializes in the placement of finance and accounting professionals. Forging a strong network of relationships in the business community is important to her and therefore, she dedicates time to being a supporter of conferences and networking events with associations such as the Chartered Professional Accountants of Manitoba and the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba. Previous to her recruitment experience, Janice held positions where she was responsible for accounts payable, receivable, payroll, account reconciliations, sales reports, budgeting and variance analysis. Janice is the proud recipient of a "Gold Award for Customer Service" and continues to bring that attitude everyday while working with both clients and candidates. Janice is a true people person and gets great joy from assisting candidates to further their career goals and clients in hiring a great candidate. Joelle Caron is the founder and President of TRUE NORTH Finance & Accounting Inc. Joelle has experience in recruiting finance and accounting professionals since 2001. Prior to starting her own firm, Joelle was employed by an International recruiting firm where she was one of the builders of the Winnipeg office and was instrumental in developing the permanent placement business in the Winnipeg marketplace. During her tenure, Joelle reached President's Club status which classified her in the top 30 in the world for the Company. Joelle has over 20 years of hands-on accounting and finance experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, service, transportation and real estate. Joelle advanced from junior accounting positions to management roles and has transferred her experiences to coach and advise candidates through their own career progression. Joelle is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba and has formed strong relationships with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Manitoba (CPA) and their members. Joelle's focus is to meet and place candidates suited to the mid-level accounting to senior finance executive positions.
