Carol Anne Hilton is the CEO and Founder of The Indigenomics Institute. Ms. Hilton is a recognized Indigenous business leader and senior advisor with an international Master's Degree in Business Management (MBA) from the University of Hertfordshire, England. Ms. Hilton is of Nuu chah nulth descent from the Hesquiaht Nation on Vancouver Island. Ms. Hilton currently serves on the BC Emerging Economy Task Force as an advisor to the Minister of Jobs, Trades and Technology as well as on the BC Indigenous Business and Investment Council for the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation. Ms. Hilton was appointed as a senior advisor to the federal Finance Minister on the Canadian Federal Economic Growth Council. Ms. Hilton's work has been recognized most recently with the national Excellence in Aboriginal Relations Award from the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business. Ms. Hilton currently serves as Director on the McGill University Institute for the Study of Canada and the National Canadian Community Economic Development Network.
Chris Forbes is the Deputy Minister of Finance. He previously served as Deputy Minister of Environment and Climate Change, having been appointed in February 2023. From 2017 to 2023, Mr. Forbes was the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. He has held several senior positions in government, including at the Department of Finance from 2000 to 2013 and again from 2016 to 2017. Before joining the federal government, Mr. Forbes worked for the Government of the Northwest Territories and the Toronto Dominion Bank. Mr. Forbes holds a Masters Degree in Economics from McGill University.

Corey Goulet is Chief Major Project Officer. He is responsible for the major projects within the organization and his role includes budget, schedule, safety, environment, quality, damage prevention, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relations.
Previously, Corey has held a number of executive leadership roles, most recently as the Vice President, Energy and Markets and Strategy of Canada for Kiewit Corporation. He has worked in commercial, business development, technical, project management and operation departments in many different sectors of the energy industry including oil and gas production; oil, gas and refined products pipelines; and thermal, nuclear, wind, solar and hydro power generation.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive Management Certificate from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Corey has served on independent Board of Directors, Pipeline Research Counsel International (PRCI), and subcommittees for CSA Z662.

Dawn Farrell is President and CEO, Trans Mountain Corporation. She's spent over 35 years in the energy business and held a variety of positions, including President and CEO of TransAlta. One of the largest investor-owned generation and energy marketing companies in Canada with operations in Canada, the US and Australia, TransAlta is a publicly listed company on the TSX and NYSE. As TransAlta CEO for more than nine years, Dawn led the transformation of the company to competitive power focused on low-cost, clean and reliable solutions for large commercial and industrial customers.
She currently serves on the Board of Pacific General Electric and is also the Chair of the Board of The Chemours Company. She has held past board positions, including the Business Council of Canada, Alberta Business Council, Calgary Stampede, Conference Board of Canada, Mount Royal College/University Board of Governors and Foundation Board of Directors, Fording Coal Income Fund, New Relationship Trust and Vision Quest Windelectric. Dawn has contributed to electricity and environmental policy development in Alberta, British Columbia and federally in Canada.
Dawn is currently the Chancellor for Mount Royal University. She previously served on the Board of United Way of Calgary and is a community champion for Momentum.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, communications, and external relations for provincial, national, and international organizations. Deanne has held a number of executive leadership roles, including Director of Marketing at TransAlta, Vice President Marketing and External Relations at the Calgary Stampede and Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation.
Deanne has a degree in communications from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in public relations from Royal Roads University. She has previously held board positions on the Alberta Chamber Resources Board and the Alberta Water Council.

Dorothy has more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in regulatory strategy and process, strategic relationship management issues and policy advocacy. She has held a number of senior leadership roles, including Vice President at Nauticol Energy, Director of Community and Regulatory Affairs at Veresen Inc. and Senior Director Regulatory and Public Affairs at Aux Sable Canada.
She has a Master of Arts in Economics, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Statistics from the University of Alberta. Dorothy has previously held board positions on the Industrial Gas Consumers Association of Alberta.

Elizabeth Wademan is a senior executive and experienced corporate director. Elizabeth has extensive capital markets and financial services experience. She spent close to two decades as Managing Director for BMO Capital Markets, one of Canada's largest investment banks, and was one of the firm's most senior capital markets professionals. She has deep vertical knowledge in the resource and technology sectors and was Head, Global Metals & Mining Equity Capital Markets. Elizabeth also has significant public company board experience. Harold G. Calla, FCPA, FCGA, CAFM is a member of the Squamish First Nation located in North Vancouver, B.C. After many years working in international business, he worked with the Squamish Nation as a negotiator in the areas of economic development, land management and finance and served for eight years on the Squamish Council. Mr. Calla serves as Executive Chair of the First Nations Financial Management Board, and is a member of the Aboriginal Financial Officers Association. Mr. Calla has served on the boards of FortisBC, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Partnerships BC and the Nicola Valley Institute of Technology. He is the recipient of numerous awards in recognition of excellence in leadership. In particular, the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada recognized Mr. Calla as one of 100 outstanding CGAs during its centennial year in 2008.

As Vice President, Information Technology, Jerome Beaudoin is responsible for information technology, operations technology, information management, cyber security, SCADA, digital transformation and technology innovation within the organization.
He has more than 25 years of experience specializing in information technology, operations technology, strategic planning, portfolio and project management, business and digital transformation for startups and global companies. Jerome previously held a number of leadership roles in the upstream, midstream, higher education, energy services and startup sectors.
Jerome holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calgary. He has previously held board positions for non-profit organizations.
Kevin Thrasher is Vice President, Legal, Trans Mountain Corporation. He is responsible for legal services for Trans Mountain and the Trans Mountain Expansion Project.
He brings extensive legal experience to Trans Mountain, with more than 20 years of litigation and regulatory matters specific to the oil and gas industry. Notably, during his career at TC Energy, Kevin managed commercial, regulatory legal on numerous large-scale projects.
Since joining Trans Mountain, he has provided expert advice on regulatory strategies and risk management to all levels of the organization. Kevin has successfully overseen and managed the significant legal challenges faced by the Expansion Project, including playing a leading role in resolving important concerns raised by Indigenous communities.
Kevin holds Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) from Queen's University and Master of Arts from Carleton University. He has been called to the bar in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.

Marie-Jose Nadeau is a Corporate Director and an expert in energy. She is the past Chair of the World Energy Council where she served from 2013 to 2016. During her tenure as Chair of the Council, she travelled the world, outreaching to its 100 Member committees, meeting with Heads of State and Energy Ministers and speaking on global energy issues. From 1993 to 2015, she served as Executive Vice-President and Secretary General of Hydro-Quebec. A trained lawyer, she was a key player at Hydro-Quebec for over 20 years. Ms. Nadeau is a Director of ENGIE where she is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Strategy, Investment and Technology Committee. She is also a Director of Metro, where she chairs the Governance and Nominating Committee and is a member of the Human Resources Committee. In addition, she is the Vice Chair of the Advisory Council of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), based in the United States, and Vice Chair of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Nadeau holds a Master's Degree in Public Law from the University of Ottawa. In 2009, the Quebec Bar awarded her with the distinction Advocatus Emeritus in recognition of her contribution to the legal profession. In 2016, she was appointed a Member of the Order of Canada in recognition of her outstanding support to many organizations involved in the arts and education.

Maureen has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources with Trans Mountain and its predecessor companies.

Michael Davies is Chief Operating Officer, Trans Mountain Corporation. He has more than 30 years of experience with Trans Mountain and its predecessor companies, developing and operating energy infrastructure in western Canada. Michael also works closely with the maritime, coastal and Indigenous communities to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of petroleum continues beyond the Trans Mountain system.
He is Chairman of the Board of the Western Canada Marine Response Corporation (WCMRC), the Transport Canada-certified marine spill response organization for Canada's West Coast.
Michael is a professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Patricia Koval is a corporate director and lawyer. Ms. Koval retired in December 2016 as a Senior Partner of Torys LLP where she practiced as a corporate and securities lawyer, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and governance. She also co-founded and was co-chair of Torys' interdisciplinary Climate Change and Emissions Trading Practice. Ms. Koval was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto Law School and she currently serves on its Environmental Finance Advisory Council. She has a long history of Board service and volunteering in the conservation sector, including the World Wildlife Fund Canada, Toronto and Region Conservation Foundation, Rainforest Trust, Turtle Survival Alliance and the Wildlife Conservation Society. Ms. Koval graduated from the joint MBA/J.D. program at Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.

Sandra Stash is a Petroleum Engineer with more than 35 years of international executive leadership and board experience. Her career includes leadership positions in business management, engineering, operations, HSE, project management and the global oversight of large functional organizations in the oil and gas sector, manufacturing, and mining industries. Through direct oversight of several very public and controversial natural resource, public health, community and environmental issues in these sectors, Sandra is recognized for her unique capabilities in bridging the extractive sector to external stakeholders - in government, civil society and at community level.

Stan Marshall is President and CEO of Nalcor Energy. Prior to joining Nalcor, he served as the President and CEO of Fortis Inc. for over 18 years after holding numerous senior executive positions at Newfoundland Power Inc. since 1979. Mr. Marshall has also been a Director of Fortis Inc. and its subsidiaries including Fortis BC, Fortis Alberta, Fortis Ontario, Belize Electric, Maritime Electric, Caribbean Utilities and CH Energy Group. Mr. Marshall is a retired member in good standing of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and a Registered Professional Engineer (retired) in the Province. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Law from Dalhousie University.
Stephen Swaffield has significant experience in Canada's financial and energy sectors, having held senior roles with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC Capital Markets and RBC Dominion Securities) and Canaccord Financial Inc. He also held senior leadership positions at the executive level with Terasen, British Gas and Shell International Petroleum Company. Mr. Swaffield brings to CDEV many years of advisory and board experience, from both public and private companies, as well as with not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Swaffield holds a BA and MA in Engineering Science from Oxford University and is a Chartered Engineer (UK). He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a diploma in corporate governance from the IOD.
William Downe spent a long and distinguished career with BMO Financial Group, starting with Bank of Montreal in 1983 and holding a variety of senior management positions in Canada and the United States. Mr. Downe served as CEO of BMO Financial Group from 2007 to 2017. He serves on the board of Loblaw Companies Limited, ManpowerGroup and on the Social and Economic Policy Advisory Board of Rand Corporation. Mr. Downe has served as a board member and advisor to numerous private, public and non-profit organizations, including the Business Council of Canada, the International Monetary Conference, the Martin Prosperity Institute at the Rotman School of Management, St. Michael'sHospital and Rush University Medical Center, among others. He holds a BBA from Wilfred Laurier University and an MBA from the University of Toronto. Mr. Downe is a Member of the Order of Canada.
