With over 30 years of experience of fluctuating trends and movements in the architecture and interior design profession, Burt Visnick has amassed a vast wealth of wisdom regarding his profession. His wide range of knowledge can directly be contributed to his core set of values, which he strives to emulate everyday. Burt personally and professionally identifies himself as a "humanist", and believes that environments should not be static, but should rather be an engaging, interactive feature on a cultural and utilitarian level. From the very beginning of Burt's career, his design pursuit has focused upon the improvement of the human condition. Spaces that are centered on efficiency and functionality, such as rehabilitation centers and orphanages, influence and inspire Burt to design environments where people are able to engage in all types of human endeavors and can flourish as individuals.

Cora is an Associate at VC who brings her background in both architecture and real estate development to each of her projects. Her data-driven approach to space planning assists clients in their projects as early as the first building tours before the lease is signed, while her experience in construction administration keeps her aligned with the project until the final move in is complete. Cora leads the mentorship program for the junior designers at VC, as she places high value on the professional development of the members of her team. Her interests in the design world include technology and innovation, and occupant health and wellness. Cora is a member of the American Institute of Architects, a licensed architect in multiple states, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Since Daniela started at VC in 2007, it has been apparent that she consistently applies the same diligence to all phases of a project. What can often be overlooked in the presence of deadlines and important transactions is keeping the client informed of all ongoing developments, a crucial element that Daniela never fails to remember. Always looking for new approaches and innovative creations, Daniela's conscientious nature and drive for perfection brings about stimulating, quality results for every project she works on.

Since starting at VC in 2000 as an Associate of the firm, Lori has maintained a strong commitment to not only the design industry and the firm, but also to her clients. Her main priority is focusing on creating environments that improve her clients' workspace while adding value to the real estate. Additionally, her careful considerations of each project's details allow her to effectively assess existing conditions, identify potential challenges, and determine appropriate resolutions. Lori has led clients through very successful implementations of solutions while continuously developing new and improved design strategies.

As a Principal at VC, Marilyn has been a crucial team member since 2005. Paul has over 30 years of experience in interior design and architecture and has been a major asset to VC ever since he joined in 1999. Throughout the years, he has accumulated a widespread, well-rounded wealth of knowledge and has implemented it into the company's culture. With the addition of his precise technical skills and ability to lead, Paul lends himself as a strong, stable foundation for other VC members and clients to rely upon. As a result, he has become well versed in related professions, including MEP/FP and structural requirements. With this ability to sufficiently communicate with consultants, Paul understands the mutual goals of every project and is able to adequately deliver design packages to clients.
