Army Reserve Ambassador Daniel Furtado was commissioned in the Medical Service Corps, after completing ROTC and a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of San Francisco. He served on active duty as Chief, Pharmacology, Academy of Health Sciences, at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas. Subsequently, he was named Clinical Coordinator, VA Medical Center, Palo Alto, CA, and later was appointed Associate Director, Primary Care Associate Program, at Stanford University School of Medicine. He continues to teach pharmacology. He is a graduate of the Army War College, and the 1st USAR pharmacist to hold the "A" Professional Designator. He holds membership in the Order of Military Medical Merit, and is a Distinguished Member of the AMEDD Regiment. Ambassador Furtado served as City Council Member and Mayor, Campbell, CA. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the League of California Cities and the National League of Cities. He also served as Chair of the Public Safety Committees of the National League of Cities and the League of California Cities. In 2000, he was selected Citizen of the Year for Campbell, CA.

Army Reserve Ambassador Terry DeWitt graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 1988 with a BSE in Physical Education as was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He completed a Master's degree in Education from Nicholls State University in 1990, and another Master's degree in Physical Education from Henderson State University in 1999. He began his college teaching in 1994 and was promoted to full professor in 2011. He has been the department chair for Kinesiology at his alma mater since 2014. He is starting is 22 nd year as a faculty member. Terry was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004-2005 and again in 2009-2010, and was awarded two Bronze Star's respectively. Upon his retirement, he was awarded the Legion of Merit.

Lindsey Streeter

Army Reserve Ambassador Lindsey Streeter retired as a Command Sergeant Major with 31 years of service in the United States Army. During his military career, he served in senior NCO leadership positions at the company, battalion and brigade levels, including his terminal assignment as the Commandant of the Fort Stewart NCO Academy. He brings extensive leadership experience from the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC). He is a graduate of Grantham University, Excelsior University and American International University. He transitioned from the military into a senior position in the banking industry and is intent on staying connected within military channels for the sole purpose of supporting Soldiers and their families. With this in mind, he established two non-profit organizations and maintains connections with business and elected officials eastern Georgia to north Georgia.

Army Reserve Ambassador: Ambassador Otto Padron is a Cuban immigrant who began his US Army career in 1983 as a Special Operations Soldier in the rigorous 1st Ranger Battalion of the legendary 75th Ranger Regiment (Airborne). Today he leads Meruelo Media, the largest and fastest growing wholly minority-owned and veteran operated Media Company in California. Its broadcast portfolio holds some of the most institutional media brands in the Southern California. In 2014, Otto led the design and construction of The Meruelo Broadcast and Studio Center multi-million-dollar state of the art facility in mid Los Angeles. Before joining the Meruelo Media team, Otto was Senior Vice President of Programming for the Univision Television Network, where he managed more than $500MM in domestic programming assets. Under his leadership, Univision Network set audience records and new standards in Spanish language content creation. Ambassador Padron was commissioned in 1991 and for almost four decades he distinguished himself in multiple assignments and positions of growing difficulty and responsibility. Ambassador Padron retired as Colonel with multiple deployments and combat tours. His last military assignment was as Deputy Division Commander of the Wild West 91 st Division based in Fort Hunter Liggett, California. Army Reserve Ambassador Patrick Kuykendall enlisted in the US Army in 1983. He served on active duty until 1987, when he joined the Arizona Army National Guard. ARA Kuykendall served in a variety of military assignments for the next 18 years, including a deployment in support of Desert Storm. During those 18 years in the National Guard, ARA Kuykendall was also a small business owner of several companies and multiple properties. He retired from the National Guard in 2005. ARA Kuykendall is very active in many volunteer organizations across Arizona and California. In June 2019, ARA Kuykendall was selected as the Arizona State Veterans Manager-Workforce. William "Shane" Lee

Army Reserve Ambassador William "Shane" Lee retired from the Army Reserve as a Major General after honorably serving for 35 years. His military service began in the Alabama National Guard as a second lieutenant serving in the Medical Service Corps. Following his medical board certification, he transferred to the Army Medical Corps as a physician and into the Army Reserve. His final military assignment was serving as the commanding general of the 3d Medical Command, Deployment Support, with the division headquartered in Atlanta, GA and over 7600 deployable military personnel serving in almost 100 units. He also served in several other key command and staff positions and deployed three times. In his civilian capacity, he is currently serving as the medical director at four different facilities as well as maintaining his position as an Adjunct Professor of Rural Medicine with the University of Alabama-Birmingham (UAB) School of Medicine. Ambassador Lee is also affiliated with several civilian and military service organizations and is well connected within the great state of Alabama.

William V. Wenger

Army Reserve Ambassador William Wenger served more than 42 years in the U.S. Army, USAR, and CAANG as an Infantry, Airborne Ranger. He commanded the NG battalion-level task forces in response to the LA Riots, the Reginald Denny Civil Rights Trial and the Northridge Earthquake. Following retirement in 2000, he volunteered for four combat tours, two in Iraq and two in Afghanistan. He served as a senior advisor to the Iraqi and Afghan police and armies. He served as Branch Chief of Counter Improvised Explosive Devices in Regional Command - South, ISAF, and as Division Chief of C-IED Training for NATO Training Mission - Afghanistan. In civilian life, he is a real estate executive and college instructor. He holds three masters degrees and the equivalency of two others. He graduated from the U.S. Army War College where he then taught for three years. He served as a Special Reserve Police Officer for the LAPD. He was appointed to serve on several civic commissions and stood for office in El Segundo, CA. He recently departed the Republic of Georgia where he was, for three years, a Senior Defense Advisor and an instructor at the Georgian Armed Forces Command and General Staff College. He is currently the Area Chief for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve for five counties of the Greater Los Angeles Area, a Vice President of the Assoc. of the U.S. Army for the Greater Los Angeles Chapter.
