Lent, Owner & Vice President - Financial and Project Management for Residential Subdivisions, including several commercial building, overseeing site work, building and sales. utilizing over one hundred sub-contractors. Hiring; Staffing and all purchasing. Constructed 1000 single family/multi-family homes.
Chad S. Lent, Vice President - Responsible for running company projects such as River Ridge At Hyde Park; Deerfield Ponds and Olana Historic Site. Crews are as large as thirty men. Duties include daily site layout, daily project paperwork and liaison between subcontractor and owner.
Charles W. Lent, Owner & President - Responsible for running mid-size company with 50+ employees doing roadwork, site work, both public and private; drilling and blasting; rock crushing to produce construction materials both on-site and in our Germantown facility. Started the company in 1986 from a subsidiary started in 1958.
