Colin Theilig

Colin Theilig joined Vision 3's business development team shortly after earning dual degrees in International Business and Spanish from Bryant University. While at Bryant, Colin studied abroad in Seville, Spain, where he cultivated his passion for travel, languages, and cultural experiences. Alongside his academic achievements, Colin was deeply involved in the arts, performing as one of only two cellists in the Bryant Chamber Ensemble for four consecutive years, and serving as the group's treasurer for three. Outside of work, Colin is an active volunteer for a local nonprofit and enjoys spending time with friends and family. He loves the outdoors, frequently hiking and camping throughout New England, and has a love for cooking, often recreating dishes inspired by his time abroad. David Christie

David joined Vision 3 Architects in 2015. Prior to joining Vision 3 Architects, David received" a Master of Architecture from the UNC Charlotte in 2012 and lived in Asheville, NC. He is a registered architect in both Rhode Island and North Carolina. At Vision 3, David is part of the Healthcare Team and has had the opportunity to work on a number of healthcare project in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He has worked on a number of community health centers including Thundermist, PCHC, Wood River Health Center, and HealthFirst Family Care Center as well as project for Rhode Island Medical Imaging, Brown University Health and Brown Surgical Associates. David is interested in understanding how the built environment affects the way we live and how good design can support both patient and staff experiences in a healthcare environment. Outside of work David enjoys canoeing and camping with his family and looking for new fishing spots around RI.

Deanna Vecchio

Deanna graduated from Roger Williams University with a Master of Architecture and joined Vision 3 shortly after as an Architectural Designer. Her interest in architecture started in high school, where she took her first CAD drafting course. Her love of the digital environment lead her to design and how digital content could output to reality. Now she pushes to design architecture that serves the community, relating to their identity while improving their daily lives. As a member of the Education Studio, Deanna has had the opportunity to work on various projects, including several childcare facilities and community centers. She was part of the team that worked on the Newport County YMCA & Childcare and the new headquarters for the Rhode Island Air National Guard. She is also currently working through her Architect Registration Examinations to become a licensed architect. Deanna was born and raised in South Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia. Her Philadelphia pride shines through as she roots for her favorite hockey team, the Philadelphia Flyers. When Deanna isn't watching hockey, she's trying out new restaurants with her friends, going for scenic drives, improving her craft in handmade ceramics, and planning her next trip to Florence, Italy.

Eric Engle

Eric Engle attended New England Institute of Technology and graduated with B.S. in Architectural/Building Engineering Technology. Eric grew up surrounded by the construction industry, his dad was a contractor so he has been on a jobsite since the age of 5. He has an immense amount of hands-on experience in a wide array of trades, framing, finish carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, excavation and more. After college Eric worked at a steel erector/ fabricator as an architectural metals detailer. After 12 years, Eric made the jump to architecture. Eric doesn't have all that much time for hobbies, as his free time the last 5 years have been spent building his own house. He does sneak in spending time with friends and family, and checking out a new beer pub, kayaking, hiking, running and video gaming when feeling lazy.

Linda joined Vision 3 Architects shortly after graduating and is a member of the Workplace Studio. She has contributed to a variety of projects, including the Carpenters Union, Kent County Water Authority (KCWA), AIPSO Ohio, Michigan Automobile Insurance Placement Facility (MAIPF), and the Ledvance, LLC Site Redevelopment. She views architecture as a tool for solving challenges within both society and the built environment. Linda is also passionate about community service and believes that learning from others through involvement in local non-profits is essential to personal and professional growth.

Meaghan Murphy

Meaghan joined Vision 3 Architects in 2019 as the Office Manager & Marketing Assistant. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Meaghan started her own organic clothing company which led to a career focused on social media marketing and brand consulting. Her diverse experience has given her a unique collection of skills, both analytical and creative. Meaghan has traveled extensively, and says a solo trip for seven months in Southeast Asia was the most rewarding experience she has had thus far. Traveling alone allowed her freedom, experiences and a new found confidence that led to a month long motorcycle adventure through Vietnam. When Meaghan isn't at work or traveling, you will most likely find her enjoying live music. Her passion for jam bands, bluegrass and funk started in college and has brought her all over the country. If not listening to music, then she is definitely talking about it. She also loves disc golf, reading, and making jewelry and crochet goods for her Etsy business, Murph on the Move Goods.

Mitchell DaSilva

Mitchell graduated from Roger Williams University in 2022 with a Master of Architecture, where he received two architectural project honors including the Thesis Design Award and a Tau Sigma Delta Bronze Medal. After graduating, Mitchell joined the Vision 3 team as an Architectural Designer on the Workplace Studio. Mitchell has a passion for skateboarding that started long before even his interest in architecture. Skateboarding has subconsciously shaped his perception and spatial understanding of what architecture is. During his study abroad in Barcelona, Mitchell used his skateboard not only as a means of transport, but also as a way to grasp and understand the spatial organization and unique characteristics of each city he visited. The act of skating across different textures, slopes and obstacles has instilled a fascination to explore the urban fabric. Outside of the office Mitchell enjoys going for boat rides along the Narragansett Bay and working on his BMW.

Nathan Woods

Nathan joined Vision 3 Architects in 2024 as part of the healthcare studio, bringing with him five years of healthcare project experience. He has a strong understanding of the unique challenges these projects present. Nathan earned his master's degree from Roger Williams University in 2018 and is a registered architect in the state of Rhode Island. One of his most valuable experiences was spending a semester in Vermont, designing, and building a tiny house. It was his first chance to see a design of his come to life. He continues to apply the skills he learned during that project throughout his career, always designing with constructability in mind and ensuring that every idea can be transformed into a practical, functional result Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, exploring the outdoors through camping and hiking, reading, and planning trips to Disney. When on his own, he enjoys woodworking, playing golf, and cheering on his favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Paul Hauser

Paul began his career at Vision 3 as a summer intern while completing his final year in the Master of Architecture program at Roger Williams University. He was a core member of the Workplace studio for more than a decade prior to being promoted to partner in the firm in 2016 and Principal in 2019. Paul has a strong passion for design, mentoring younger staff in the office, and he enjoys developing and nurturing long-lasting client relationships. Paul was part of the team responsible for the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies into the firm and continues to be a proponent of pushing the limits of technology to improve productivity and the design process. He is LEED Accredited Professional, and a champion for sustainable technologies and design. Paul served on the board of directors of the American Institute of Architects Rhode Island Chapter before being elected to serve as the chapter President in 2021. He remains active in the AIAri chapter, serving on several chapter committees including role as Treasurer of the AIAri Architectural Forum and the Co-chair of the AIAri Golf Classic which raises money with the mission to provide scholarships to students pursuing careers in Architecture. When not in the office, Paul enjoys playing golf, hiking and riding bikes with his family, traveling, visiting local craft-breweries, and rooting for his favorite sports team, the Philadelphia Eagles…Fly Eagles Fly!! He resides in Mansfield, MA with his wife, two daughters, and their dog Ruby.

Ryan Haggerty

Ryan has 20+ years of experience as an architect and senior project manager, representing owners, property managers, contractors, and other partners to manage all aspects of the design and construction process. Ryan began his career in architecture as in intern with Vision 3 Architects in 2005, after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University, remaining with the firm until 2011; when he went on to pursue opportunities in facilities services and construction management. Prior to his return to Vision 3 as an Associate in 2018, Ryan worked as a senior manager and owner's representative in the facilities management divisions of large public sector and private higher education institutions. Having worn many hats throughout his career, Ryan leverages this experience on both sides of the table to bring a collaborative and team-oriented spirit to every project. He remains committed to new and emerging project delivery methods, and adds his extensive experience in LEAN design and construction to Vision 3's team of accomplished professionals. Ryan lives in Elmhurst, Providence with his wife Martina and son William. In his spare time, you'll usually find him exploring Rhode Island bike paths with his family, tinkering with an antique car, or restoring his historic home.

Stephanie Paolino

Stephanie began her career at Vision 3 Architects in 1997 as an intern after earning a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University. She quickly developed a strong interest in healthcare design and played a key role in establishing the firm's Healthcare Studio. Stephanie has been the Director of the Healthcare Studio since 2012 and is also a Senior Associate at the firm. Over the years, she has earned a reputation for Vision 3 as a leader in healthcare design, with a focus on community health centers, multi-specialty medical office buildings, imaging facilities, dental offices, surgery centers, and ambulatory care spaces. Stephanie is highly knowledgeable in healthcare compliance, regulatory standards, and Department of Health licensing. She also excels at implementing patient-centered design principles into the physical healthcare environment. With a certification in Evidence-Based Design, she ensures that design decisions are informed by the latest healthcare research to achieve optimal outcomes for patients, staff, and operations. Stephanie takes great satisfaction in guiding her clients through all stages of their projects, from predesign to construction administration. Many of her clients return for multiple projects, some have worked with her for over 15 years. The most rewarding aspect of healthcare design for Stephanie is seeing the positive impact these projects have on both patients and staff. Some of her recent work includes projects for Brown University Health, Providence Community Health Centers, Thundermist Health Center, PACE RI, and Brown Physicians Inc. Outside of work, Stephanie lives in Warwick with her husband, two children, and their dog, Brody. They enjoy spending quality time together, whether it's outdoor hikes, hosting pool parties, or soaking up the summer sun at Roy Carpenter's Beach.

Taylor Matthes

Taylor began her career with Vision 3 Architects as an intern in 2017 while completing her Master of Architecture at Roger Williams University. After graduating, she became a full-time member of our Healthcare Studio, where she has played a key role in designing community-focused healthcare centers and dental clinics. She was part of the team that worked on the completed Providence Community Health Centers Atwood Street facility in the Onleyville area of Providence and the Thundermist Dental facility in West Warwick. As a Rhode Island native, Taylor is deeply committed to enhancing the state she's always called home through thoughtful design. Taylor was instrumental in the transformation of Track 15, Providence's new food hall, where she helped reimagine the historic Union Station concourse into a dynamic culinary destination. Passionate about mentorship and professional development, Taylor actively supports emerging architects as they navigate the licensure process. She serves on the Board of Directors for the ACE RI Mentor Program, helping to inspire the next generation of design professionals. Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband Calvin, friends, and family - traveling, skiing, and hiking.

Tricia Letendre

Tricia joined Vision 3 Architects in August of 2020 to assist in billing and accounts receivable part-time. In July of 2022, she was promoted to the full-time position of Accounting Manager. Tricia's first career was as a hairstylist and quickly moved up in management. She was managing 12 salons for a large corporation when she decided to attend Bryant College for Business/Accounting which eventually led to her owning a salon for 20 years. The flexibility of owning her own salon gave her the opportunity to pursue her Accounting career as her children got older, at which time she transitioned out of the salon and into the office. In her free time, Tricia loves road trips to Florida to visit her family and friends.. She loves the outdoors, most of all the beach, lake or pool in the summer. Some of her favorite moments are spent laughing while playing cards or board games with her son and daughter, and their friends, and getting snuggles from her 2 dogs, Jasmine and Bella.
