VILLBAU Security Systems Ltd. was founded in 1986, by its owner, Mr. Jozsef Vass, in Budapest, Hungary. In the eighties the company mainly dealt with sales and installation of electrical systems. In the beginning of the nineties - primarily due to the political and social changes in the region - a significant demand aroused for security equipments, so VILLBAU moved to the market of intrusion alarm systems. The first step was distributing home security systems and manufacturing various accessories, like security AC line transformers and power supplies. In 1996 we developed a siren family under the brand name SOLO, which proved to be a great success in both the Hungarian and the International market... Our aim is to keep our products up to date through continuous improvement and to develop new products and equipments according to the needs of the security industry and our clients, while providing outstanding support for them...
