After graduating from Texas A&M in 1978, Penny Talbert worked as a staff accountant at an oil and gas company in Dallas, Texas. In 1980 she accepted a position in a small public accounting firm and realized that was the career for her. After a ten year hiatus from the business workplace to raise her children and enjoy her family, Penny began working for Sanders and West in 1993. Penny furthered her career in 1997 by taking and passing the CPA exam. Her experience covers all aspects of accounting, tax preparation and management.
William is a 2005 graduate from Texas A&M with a degree in Finance. After graduating he was a financial advisor for seven years. He obtained his CPA in 2014, the same year he became a Partner with West, Talbert, and Talbert. William has a wife, Jearlene, one daughter and a dog who thinks she is their daughter as well. With his experience in finance and tax preparation, advising is an important part of what William brings to the table.
