Weir Tree Farms has been a family owned and operated Christmas tree farm since 1945. Our farm is a wholesale and choose & cut operation offering Fraser, Balsam, Fralsam™ and Korean x Balsam Firs. The Fralsam™ Fir is a hybrid cross between the Fraser and Balsam and was developed on our tree farm. The Korean x Balsam Fir is a hybrid cross between the Balsam and Korean that we are currently working with on our farm and it is showing great promise... Today, Weir Tree Farms has just under 400 acres in Christmas tree production harvesting 15,000 to 20,000 trees annually. We are able to grow all of our own planting stock from seed and produce approximately 100,000 excess transplants for sale to other growers and individuals. Weir Trees are sold wholesale and choose & cut. In 2011 we purchased a tree spade and are now able to offer live, dug trees up to 8 feet tall. In an effort to diversify the farm, we now also offer logging, lot clearing, driveway and septic installation and private road..
