After receiving my bachelor of science in dental hygiene from Northwestern University, I have been practicing for over thirty years. When I am not working I may be power walking, playing canasta, playing mahjong or volunteering my time with the Tuberous Sclerosis organization. I have a wonderful family…a great husband and two grown kids. We are planning a wedding for my daughter for next spring. My son will be graduating from law school this year. We also do a lot of dog sitting for my daughter's dog. We are a family of dog lovers. Most of all, at work I truly enjoy seeing all the different patients throughout the day and having that one on one personal connection.

I grew up in Naperville and completed my undergraduate studies at Benedictine University. I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry. During my training, I was able to complete an Externship in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where I was trained by a hospital-based dentist. This experience has equipped me with a skillset in oral surgery, Endodontics, and cosmetic services along with the general scope of dentistry including veneers, crowns, bridges, fillings, dentures, etc. In addition to my clinical experience, I had the opportunity to present research on Implant Dentistry at the International Association for Dental Research at San Francisco and Miami.
Dr. Tom Moscinski was born and raised in Glenview, IL only 5 miles away from Wilmette Dental. Growing up in the North Shore, Dr. Tom attended Glenbrook South high school, which is where he met his wife, Natalie. After being accepted as one of ten candidates for Marquette's pre-dental scholars program, Dr. Tom spent the next 3 years at Marquette University graduating with a degree in physiological sciences and then 4 years at Marquette's dental school graduating cum laude with a doctorate of dental surgery.
Following dental school, Dr. Tom completed additional training in orthodontics and received certification from the American Orthodontic Society in traditional straight wire orthodontics as well as digital aligner therapy. Dr. Tom believes that providing orthodontic treatment in a general practice increases treatment value to the patient as the overall oral health is evaluated at each orthodontic visit.
Although his focus is in orthodontics, Dr. Tom is also extensively trained in the full scope of general dentistry including oral surgery, endodontics, crown and bridge, restorative, cosmetic dentistry, and removable appliances (dentures). Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tom loves spending time with his family in Minocqua, WI enjoying the northwoods, fishing, and biking. He's currently training to run his 6th half marathon with the goal of running a full marathon one day. He loves writing, recording, and listening to music and discovering new bands. He welcomes any and all recommendations for new music and movies!
I am a lifelong resident of Wilmette. I graduated from St. Joseph Grammar school and Regina Dominican High School. I graduated from Northwestern Michigan College. I have been working in the dental world since 1987, primarily in oral surgery. I took a seven year break to work with special needs children at Wilmette Jr. High School. My husband and I raised our three children in Wilmette. I enjoy the outdoors, traveling and spending time with my growing family and three dogs. Fun fact: I'm not only an employee of Wilmette Dental but a long time patient. Been coming to Wilmette Dental since the 1970s.
