Jane joined the organisation in 2001 as the Housing Manager on a 6-month contract and more than 20 years later is still here.
Jane joined the then Bnai Brith JBG Housing Association from a large housing provider where she was the Elderly Services Manager and had previously worked as a specialist outreach worker. She had also previously worked with young adults with profound learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
Jane entered the world of social housing following an early career within the health and local authority sectors and holds a BSc Hons in Sociology and studied Occupational Therapy at postgraduate level.
Jane manages the Senior Management Team and reports to the Chair and the Board. She has responsibility for delivering the strategic aims of the organisation and ensuring that the Association remains compliant with its regulatory requirements.

Cynthia joined jLiving in May 2019 as a Housing Manager. Her role is to ensure the wellbeing of tenants, raise repairs and carry out health and safety checks of the building. The role is varied and rewarding; no two days are the same and she brings to the role around 30 years' experience of working with the elderly, vulnerable and disabled in a variety of roles most recently in the sheltered housing sector.
