My sole reason for founding this company was to eliminate these problems for people who really want to make a change in their lives to become healthier. I wanted to make personal training affordable and create a non-intimidating environment for people to learn how to properly workout and take care of themselves. Our session prices are more affordable than most of the area gyms and we don't do contracts, simply pay as you go. I have never understood why people should be forced into financing their fitness. Our facility isn't one of those tiny personal training studio's with limited space and equipment, instead it is a private 6,300 square foot fully equipped gym with the same equipment that you'll find in the larger health clubs. We don't sell memberships to our gym, instead its only open to our clientele. By eliminating memberships we put the focus on our clients and not membership fees...
