In 1999, Craig and his wife Julie opened the first Advanced Care Physical Therapy office. It was at this time he committed to providing the highest level of hands-on manual therapy in the area. Since opening, he has grown his practice to 25 employees, and eight offices to conveniently serve his patients and referral sources.
According to Craig, "Our patients always come first, and will always receive a best-in-class experience every time they walk through our doors. Each year, members of Craig's clinical team attend continuing education courses to ensure all Advanced Care Physical Therapy patients receive cutting-edge-care during every visit. At Advanced Care Physical therapy, his team never stops learning and sets the standard for patient care in our area. All Advanced Care facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure all stakeholders (patients, staff and referring physicians) have the necessary tools and resources to exceed everyone's expectations.

Nathan received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Daemen College, and following graduation received certifications in performing the Functional Movement Screen/Selective Functional Movement Assessment. When Nathan is not working, he enjoys going to the gym and exercising, playing basketball, being in the outdoors fishing, and kayaking, and hanging out with family/friends.

Tammy Frasier, Vice President of Administration, is originally from Lockport, NY and currently resides in North Tonawanda. Tammy holds an Associates Degree in Medical Administrative Assistant from Bryant & Stratton College in which Tammy graduated at the top of her class with a 4.0 along with an AMBA Certification for Medical Billers. In addition, Tammy has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Niagara County Community College.
When asked about working at Advanced Care Physical Therapy she states "The best thing about working at ACPT is the family atmosphere. We have a wonderful team here at ACPT which allows us to support each other and our patients which makes a wonderful patient experienced work environment. Tammy enjoys spending time with her 3 children, hiking, taking pictures and cooking meals together. When asked what she is passionate about Tammy happily states "creating memories and traditions with my family, photography and decorating."
