Dr. Allison Falkenstrom was born in Virginia but moved to Alpharetta, Georgia at a young age. She joins us from her residency program at the University of Georgia in Augusta. She is a Georgia Bulldog through and through. She completed her BS at UGA as well as her MD. While an undergraduate at UGA she was a cheerleader. This might bring some interesting interoffice exchanges during football season!
Dr. Falkenstrom brings with her a love of Obstetrics and Gynecology and significant training in gynecological surgical techniques including laparoscopic surgery and DaVinci robotic surgery. Her favorite part of being an OB/GYN "is having the chance to walk with women through so many stages of their lives."
In her free time Dr. Falkenstrom enjoys long walks and hikes with her husband, new puppy, and new baby boy.

Clinic founder Dr. Anthony Agrios, Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist also specializes in the daVinci Robotic surgery system, a minimally invasive option commonly used for a hysterectomy and other procedures. Instead of creating several small incisions like traditional surgical methods, OB/GYN surgeons simply open one incision with the daVinci system to complete the procedure. Not only do patients experience less pain and blood loss, they recover and get back to normal much faster.
Married to a biologist, Dr. Cook has three children, the oldest of whom is an orthopedic surgeon in Tampa. In her free time, she loves running, biking, working out, organic gardening, spending time with her family and playing with her golden retrievers.

Katie is a lifelong Gainesville area resident. She completed her initial bachelor degrees in Political Science and Psychology at the University of Florida before joining the United States Peace Corps as a Health Education Volunteer in Tanzania. It was there that she found her calling for midwifery.
After completing her 2-year volunteer commitment, she returned to UF and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as an RN in oncology, then labor and delivery while completing her Masters of Science in Nursing. She has been practicing as a Certified Nurse Midwife since 2015.

Kristen joined the All About Women team in July of 2016 after graduating from the University of Florida with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), specializing in midwifery. Prior to joining us, she worked as a registered nurse (RN) in the Labor and Delivery unit at North Florida Regional Medical Center.
Kristen is both an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). She has special interests in contraceptive counseling and perinatal mental health. Kristen has a son and a daughter and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs.
Kristin M. Nobles, APRN, CNM, a Gainesville native, joins the AAW team with a background in nursing and midwifery. Kristin graduated nursing school in 2005. She spent the majority of her nursing career working as a Registered Nurse on Labor & Delivery. Subsequently, she enrolled in Midwifery school and graduated with honors in 2016.
Before joining our team, Kristin worked in academic institutions, community health centers, and private practices. When asked why she chose to pursue midwifery, she responded, "I absolutely love watching people become a family. Supporting women as they find their inner strength to conquer their greatest fears has truly been one of the greatest honors of my life."
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys traveling, antique shopping, and staying active by doing yoga and riding her Peloton.

Shelley joined the All About Women team in early 2007 with almost 20 years of nursing experience. She spent her early career as a labor and delivery nurse right here at North Florida Regional Medical Center. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 with a Master of Science in Nursing. She's a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
Shelley and Dr. Agrios have known each other for more than 20 years and worked many years together in the Labor and Delivery ward of NFRMC. Shelley is passionate about women's health, childbirth education and breastfeeding.
In her free time, Shelley enjoys attending UF sporting events and spending time with her three children. She's an avid Gator fan and enjoys spending time at dog shows.
