Anne is a member of the Family Mediators Association having been accredited by the ADR Group as a family Mediator in 2011. Anne has a legal and financial practice of over 23-years and so has a wide depth and breadth of dispute resolution experience.Anne studied Law and Linguistics in Switzerland and speaks French as a second language fluently. Her superb communication skills set enable her to engage with clients from all walks of life, and backgrounds and she has had experience mediating matters involving, sports professionals, property and business owners in areas as diverse as media, entertainment and law. Her communication skills are further enhanced by her past experience, of qualifying and working as an EFL teacher for adult professionals.
Anne conducts family mediations both as a sole and co-mediator and she is experienced in mediating all family issues including, child custody and contact, financial settlements, divorce, dissolution and international matters. Her fluent French language skills makes Anne one of our most popular mediator's.
Anne is based in East London and combines her busy private practice and family life with her voluntary work at Bromley Community Mediation Service (BCMS) in which she has experience of mediating matters relating to conflicts in the workplace, community and property disputes.
Frances Place is a Solicitor with extensive experience of family law and mediation. She specialises in mediation and its application to family disputes.

Jeffrey is a Chartered Certified Accountant, Chartered Arbitrator and accredited Commercial Mediator with over 20 years experience in dispute resolution. Jeffrey is able to offer arbitration, expert determination, mediation and expert witness services based on more than 35 years in general accountancy practice. Jeffrey is one of our senior and most experienced mediators with skills and expertise that only a heavyweight dispute resolver can claim.
During the past 15 years Jeffrey has been extensively involved in dispute resolution work, acting as an arbitrator and expert witness, and, since 2000 increasingly as a mediator. This work has been as much of a legal nature as accountancy, and Jeffrey's knowledge of partnership, contract and consumer law provides him with considerable sector expertise.
Since 2000 Jeffrey has mediated over 50 mediations covering a wide area of commercial and business to business disputes as well as consumer complaints and small construction issues. His 90% settlement rates illustrates his success at getting to the heart of the problem and guiding the parties forward.

- Matthew Thomas Family Mediator
Matthew Thomas is a family mediator with experience of working with therapists specialising particularly in family, substance abuse and trauma, Matt heads Alpha Beta Mediation's "Therapeutic Mediation" service where he along with a trained and specialised therapist form his mediation A-Team, the purpose being to make it possible to mediate where otherwise it may have been too volatile, or even where previously mediation was deemed unsuitable.
As a Music Executive, Matt is highly trained in negotiation and ADR, and he has successfully combined these skills along with his mediation and interpersonal skills to make him a fully formed and well rounded 21 st Century Mediator.
Having gained his law degree in 1976, Roger went into the advertising industry. Over the next 25 years Roger worked as a client service director on and with a wide range of major international clients including Mars and Procter & Gamble. His career took him from London to the Middle East and a three year stint in Moscow followed by a European Director's role based in London looking after 11 countries.
