Since May 2007, ATECH is using a water-based veg oil inks, solvent-free, carbon-free ink, safe for food and helpful to our environment. Ink is infra-red dried. Color lasts 12 months indoor (they fade because being plant-based) and this is sufficient for food-to-go boxes...
