Ameera Siddiqi

Dr Ammera Siddiqi received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from Punjab University in Lahore, Pakistan. She then went on to Columbia University to complete her medical internship and residency as well as her fellowship in Infectious Diseases. In her free time, Dr Siddiqi enjoys bird watching and playing music.

Christine Zurawski

Dr Zurawski graduated from the University of Michigan Honors College in 1986 with a degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. She earned her medical degree at Emory University School of Medicine. She also completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Emory University School of Medicine. Following her fellowship, Dr Zurawski served as a Research Associate in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Emory University School of Medicine. She began practicing at Piedmont Hospital in 1998 and, aside from the practice of general infectious diseases, she is actively involved in clinical research of new HIV therapies. Dr Zurawski is also the Medical Director for Infection Prevention and Antimicrobial Stewardship for Piedmont Healthcare. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases In her free time, Dr Zurawski enjoys photography, rowing, and fly fishing

Dr Michelle Jones

Dr Michelle Jones earned her Bachelors of Science from Florida State University in 2002 with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and then began her Internal Medicine residency at Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. Upon completion of her internal medicine residency in 2010, she moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she completed her Infectious Disease fellowship at Wake Forest University. She moved to Atlanta in 2012 where she has since been in private practice. Dr Jones is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She enjoys general infectious diseases but has particular interest in transplant infectious diseases, non-tubuerculous mycobacterial infections and HIV. She is a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America and HIV Medical Association. Dr Jones joined Atlanta ID Group in January 2016. Outside of her practicing medicine, Dr Jones enjoys FSU football, practicing yoga, running, being a foodie, traveling, and spending time with her husband. Gweneth Francis

Dr Francis attended Hampton University in Hampton Virginia where she obtained a bachelor degree in biology. Before attending medical school, she worked in education for three years as a mathematical high school teacher. Dr Francis attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of NY Institute of Technology. She completed her internal medicine residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY and an infectious disease fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, New York. Dr Francis is particularly interested in the treatment and study of HIV, HCV, and tuberculosis . She is boarded certified in both Internal medicine and Infectious disease. Dr Francis is a member of Infectious Disease society of America. Dr Francis is married with one adorable son. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping and traveling to new and exciting places.

Ishita Sheth

Dr Sheth graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Biopsychology. She earned her medical degree from American University of Antigua College of Medicine after which she completed her residency at Richmond University Medical Center in New York. She pursued a fellowship in infectious diseases at Rutgers University Medical Center-NJMS in New Jersey. Prior to moving to Atlanta, Dr Sheth practiced infectious diseases in New York City with a particular focus on HIV and PREP . Dr Sheth enjoys general infectious diseases and has an interest in the management of HIV patients and opportunistic infections . Outside of practicing infectious diseases, Dr Sheth enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, and practicing yoga.

Kelly Lumpkins

Dr Lumpkins earned her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Georgia in 2012. She completed her medical education at the Medical College of Georgia in 2016. She moved to Nashville, TN, where she completed her Internal Medicine Residency and subsequent Infectious disease Fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr Lumpkins joined the practice in August 2021. Dr Lumpkins is focused on general infectious disease but has a particular interest in the management of non-tuberculous mycobacterial infections and HIV care. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America. She is married with one lovely daughter. She enjoys spending her time with her family, reading, and enjoying a new podcast.

Richard Hengel

Dr Hengel completed a Bachelor's degree in Medical Science from the University of Alberta, Canada, in 1986 and a medical doctor degree from the University of Alberta, Canada, in 1988. He then completed his internship at St Thomas Medical Center 1989 and Internal Medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation 1994. Finally, Dr Hengel completed his Infectious Diseases fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine and combined research fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention 1998. He is board certified in Infectious Diseases. Dr Hengel was Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Georgetown University Medical School's Division of Infectious Diseases 1998-2004, and a Medical Officer/Senior Investigator for the National Institutes of Health, NIAID/LIR/CMRS 1998-2004. While at the National Institutes of Health, Dr Hengel helped establish an HIV research facility at the Universite de Bamako in Mali, West Africa.

Ronald Devine

Dr. Devine earned his undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry at St Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana, in 1993. He then graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at University of Kentucky Albert B Chandler Medical Center and his Infectious Disease Fellowship at University of Cincinnati. Dr Devine moved to Atlanta to join this practice in September 2002. He practices general infectious diseases, hyperbaric medicine, and wound care. His interests include osteomyelitis (bone infections), joint infections, diabetic foot infections, sinusitis, hyperbaric medicine, wound care, and travel and tropical medicine. Dr Devine is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. Dr Devine is a Certified Wound Specialist Physician and Diplomate of the American Academy of Wound Management and he is a Fellow of the American College of Certified Wound Specialists. He is a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America, American Academy of Wound Management, International Society of Travel Medicine, and The American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. Dr Devine has been active in international medical missions and he has worked in El Salvador and Nicaragua with Children's Cross Connection International and in Guatemala with Friends of Guatemala. He is married with four children. He enjoys sports including soccer, rugby, and college football.

Sharon Tsay

Dr Tsay attended medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. She moved to New York, NY to complete internal medicine residency at Columbia University-New York Presbyterian Hospital. She completed infectious disease fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where she also completed a certificate program in clinical research and biostatistics. Dr Tsay moved to Atlanta in 2016 to join the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Epidemic Intelligence Service working in the Mycotic Diseases Branch (fungal infections). She started working with the Atlanta ID Group Fayetteville office on weekends in 2018 and continued to work at CDC in the Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion where she led outpatient antibiotic stewardship work. Dr Tsay joined the Atlanta ID Group full time in fall 2022. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. Dr Tsay and her husband have two energetic young boys. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and traveling.

Taylor Parker

Taylor graduated from University of Mary Washington as a college athlete with a bachelor's degree in biology. She then served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana, where she worked in community health. Her primary projects included building a community clinic, developing a health curriculum for the public school system, and partnering with PEPFAR leading HIV destigmatization efforts and developing increased access to HIV testing and treatment. Following her 2.5 year service, she moved to Charleston, SC and worked at the Medical University of South Carolina as a patient technician in the orthopedic/ joint replacement unit. Taylor moved to Atlanta to pursue her graduate studies at Emory University. She completed her Master of Public Health at Emory, where she focused on behavioral sciences and health education. She earned her Master of Medical Science from Emory University's Physician Assistant Program. Taylor is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She joined the practice in 2019, and is an active member of the Infectious Disease Society of Georgia. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys running with her husband, spending time with their dog Fraggle, hiking, traveling, surfing, and going to Atlanta United games. She is an avid Dave Matthews fan.

Wioletta Mulcahy

Wioletta grew up in Poland, and graduated from Technical University of Gdansk, Poland. She moved to the US and obtained her Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy at Georgia State University. She worked as a Respiratory Therapist at the Shepherd Center for over 7 years before pursuing a career as a PA. Wioletta earned her Master of Medical Science from Emory University's Physician Assistant Program. Wioletta is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining Atlanta ID Group, she worked as a PA in Gastroenterology. In her free time, Wioletta enjoys travelling, dining at Atlanta's restaurants, attending barre classes, and spending time with her husband Neil and their dog Suzie.
