Dennis Wheelock grew up in Augusta, Maine. He graduated from Cony High in 1978 and then from Bentley College in 1982 with a B.S. in Accountancy. Upon graduation, he worked for Digital Equipment Corporation as a financial analyst. In 1983, Dennis moved back to Maine and opened Dennis' Pizza, where he served the Gardiner area for over 30 years. In 2005, he became a licensed Residential Appraiser and pursued that career for almost a decade.
In 2012, Dennis joined the sales team at Magnusson Balfour Commercial & Business Brokers and is currently a successful Broker. Dennis takes pride in his work ethic, honesty, attention to detail, and the relationships he has built over the last 40+ years. Kirk's background includes six years as an Executive Recruiter and Director of Business Development. He successfully ran his own business in the Sports Training and Development field. In these roles, Kirk drew upon his passions for; mentoring, coaching, developing people, and talent. Kirk is knowledgeable when it comes to overcoming business challenges, strategic thinking, solution-based selling, grassroots marketing, as well as project management. And he excels at interpersonal relations and team building.
Kirk is a proud dad to three bright, talented, and service-oriented sons. He is a past President of the Kennebunk Portside Rotary Club. He was a long-time board member and past president of the Kennebunk Clash Club Soccer Program. He is also a past board member of the Kennebunk Free Library. He was a long-time, little league baseball, youth basketball, and youth soccer coach, and program volunteer. He draws great enjoyment by "giving back" through sports.

Lindsay's career in real estate began in 2018, as a residential agent. Her love for all that came with that brought her to explore other areas of the industry, which led her here! With a background in office administration and sales prior to real estate, it seemed like a great fit. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to diversify her knowledge to other aspects of real estate by immersing herself in the commercial and business brokerage side, while utilizing her operational and administrative skills in supporting Scott Balfour, Business Broker.
Prior to real estate, Lindsay assisted the Vice President, and was the Office Manager of a busy Event Coordination and Catering business, which was fulfilling as she thrives in roles that require attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. She knows that trust and communication are essential in all roles and is always doing her best to make things easier and more streamlined for everyone.
When she's not helping others with their bustling businesses, she is spending time with her family. She is a proud mother of three daughters and is grateful to have found a career that she loves, that also allows her to be an active part of their daily lives. When Lindsay isn't at one of the girls' many extracurricular activities, she loves spending time with their mini dachshund, Foxy. She has also recently taken up gardening, loves spending time on the water, and exploring all the wonders that Maine has to offer year-round.
Scott Balfour has been involved in Real Estate for over 45 years.
He is a graduate of Cape Elizabeth High School class of 1974, and holds a degree in Business from Babson College. In 2000, he sold his three Century21 offices with 46 licenses to focus solely on Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage.
Recognized as a "Realtor for Life," he continues in "Guiding Businesses, Advising People, and Moving Property."
Born in Connecticut and raised by a family of commercial developers, Zach Resnikoff is a graduate of Valley Regional High School, as well as an alumnus of Kieve Wavus Education Camp on Damariscotta Lake, Maine, and a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School, 2006. Both a love of the natural world and the development of his leadership skills would become instrumental in Zach's connection and a desire to call Maine "home".
After graduating from Green Mountain College in 2009, with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, he started as an operations manager for Tahoe Getaways Property Management in Lake Tahoe, CA. He furthered his Hospitality/Food + Beverage skills working around the country from Cannery Seafood of the Pacific, Newport Beach, CA, to Row 34, Portsmouth, NH. In 2017, Zach and his wife, Breanna, launched their own residential cleaning service; Breeze Cleaning. Breeze Cleaning is based out of Portsmouth, and is steadily growing its business in the Seacoast Marketplace.
