BENEFIT PILATES

Melissa finds that her private clients are more consistent with their fitness regime than group class students as they are able to feel the benefits of Pilates in a shorter time... Melissa has since completed numerous other certifications and courses including Yoga teacher training, prenatal Pilates, Stretch Therapy, TRX and Surfset Fitness. Since moving to Hong Kong in 2014, she has also become an instructor trainer for STOTT PILATES, running teacher training courses for aspiring Pilates instructors... In the past 17 years, Melissa has trained clients and managed studios in Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia. She has trained hundreds of clients from all walks of life and her greatest joy is to able to share her passion for fitness with all her clients and students.
