My name is Antonia Mondestin. I'm a certified Home Health Aide with 15 years experience as a personal care attendant, and 7 years of work in mental health at the state hospital, caring for patients who are suffering with mental illness, dementia, and Alzheimer's Disease. I ensure the safety of my patients and provide activities of daily living.

Barry Hamm - CFO, VP

Brooke O'Neil

Brooke is a mom of three awesome kids, her pitbull, Sonny (the love of her life), and a Nene (grandma) of the most handsome 4-year-old boy there is. She started with Best Home Care in 2016 as a scheduler, moved up to Human Resources, and most recently became Scheduling Manager.

Martha Hamm - CEO, President

Martha has been employed in the healthcare field since the age of 16, when she worked as a nursing assistant in a nursing home. Martha became a Registered Nurse in 1979 and earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing at Emmanuel College in 1989. Prior to opening her home healthcare agency, Martha's nursing experience included roles as clinician and manager, in a variety of settings and specialties. Martha's passion, knowledge of nursing services, and commitment to clients and employees has resulted in the delivery of an exceptional home care agency that has been open for more than 20 years. Martha enjoys traveling, warm weather, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. In the fall of 2020, Martha will also be attending Regis College to become a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.

Marty Oneil

Prior to working at Best Home Care as a scheduler, Marty was a customer service representative at US Airways for 20 years where she helped to deliver high-quality customer service vital to capturing repeat and referral business. Marty attended the Millennium Training Institute where she was certified for medical administration, billing and coding. Marty lives with her husband of 33 years in Peabody and spends a lot of time with her grandchildren.
