BESTSTART WASHINGTON

Raising healthy, well-educated children is every community's primary responsibility. We build partnerships with business, government, nonprofits, hospitals, physicians and parents to help communities make good on that promise. BestStart Washington is the only organization in Washington State dedicated specifically to partnering with community-based pediatricians to launch innovative research and programs that address unmet needs and help develop safe, healthy and successful children. We identify barriers to children's overall wellbeing and then initiate and fund innovative programs to overcome those barriers. We also embrace collaboration with government agencies, foundations, nonprofit organizations, medical centers, universities and other agencies that can each bring vision and expertise to the innovations we foster... Every child should grow up healthy and resilient. BestStart Washington aims to give them that chance.
