Dr. Barbara Bopp is a cosmetic dermatologist with more than 25 years of experience. Her desire is to help patients age gracefully, a goal they can achieve thanks to her expertise in physician-directed skin care, non-ablative cosmetic laser therapy, and general dermatology, as well as her knowledge of the latest techniques with filler injectables. She shares her practice - Bopp Dermatology & Facial Plastic Surgery in Metairie, Louisiana - with her husband, Dr. Felix Bopp (who specializes in Facial Plastic Surgery), and they have two children. After growing up in Chicago, Dr. Bopp decided to come to New Orleans, where she attended Newcomb College of Tulane University. She went on to obtain her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, where she stayed to complete a four-year residency in general dermatology and cosmetic dermatological surgery. Dr. Barbara Bopp is board-certified in Dermatology. In addition, she is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Felix Bopp has over 25 years of experience in facial plastic surgery. He's committed to providing his patients at Bopp Dermatology & Facial Plastic Surgery in Metairie, Louisiana, with the highest level of quality care. He uses a balanced approach to cosmetic surgery with the goal of achieving a natural, yet enhanced appearance. It's important to him that he finds out what each person desires, so he values one-on-one time with each patient during their initial consultation. Dr. Bopp is a native of New Orleans, where he graduated from the University of Southeastern Louisiana before obtaining his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He stayed at Tulane to complete a four-year residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery then went on to complete an additional one-year fellowship specializing in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the tutelage of Dr. Calvin Johnson at Hedgewood Surgical Center. Dr. Bopp is board-certified in Otolaryngology as well as Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition, he is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery as well as the Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.
