Gary Hampson is an experienced HR consultant and senior HR Director who is well-known in the region. For the last two years, he has lead the HR Outsourcing practice for The Empower Group in Asia Pacific. In this role, he was also the HR Director for the Department of Communications, IT and the Arts through their outsourced HR contract. Since 1994, Gary has been providing HR consulting services in Canberra through Morgan & Banks, HR Alliance, The Empower Group and Brindabella Consulting. His current interests involve the development of an integrated model for delivering HR services using all the techniques and tools he has developed or imported from the IT industry.
